Fat loss/ current log

Long story short. When I was in Iraq I took a bullet to the head. It caused issues with many things to include hormone production. I barely produce my own testosterone. I have been on a TRT for about 6 months now. I’ve made great gains and my body fat has dropped. However, I’ve hit a plateau and would like to stack something that will help with muscle as well as fat loss. I eat a low fat low carb diet and high protein. I have been thinking about adding anavar to help with the fat loss. I will be on TRT for the remainder of my life.

230lbs
5 days a week in the gym for 2 hours each session
20 min treadmill walking at level 13 elevation

Current supplements
200mg test cyp every two weeks.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I would add more testosterone since you doing well on it, 500mgs testosterone/week cypionate

so +300mgs testosterone

500mgs testosterone cypionate/week
5mgs aromasin EOD (anti estrogen)
organ support like n2guard

and please keep your log here on EF

add 100mgs equipoise and 200mgs testosterone to your TRT

I suggest add 300mgs test cyp and cycle it with aromasin and organ support and please share you LOG journal fully with diet and training

Thanks for all the replies.
I have a daily log of all nutrients that I take in. I’m pretty meticulous about keeping track of every calorie. I also have a daily gym log of every weight and rep. I will post them here as soon as I can put them in a format that transfers to text.

Also the last time I had my testosterone tested, it boosted my blood level testosterone to almost 900 and I’m only on 200mg every 2 weeks. They claimed it’s just how my body reacted to the trt.
