i am looking for some advice on some fat burners, i am currently taking xenadrine(canadian) not seeing to many results other than a bit of an energy boost when i get to the gym. I am trying to cut my fat ratio alot and have started a good workout and doing 45 mins of cardio 3 days and 20 the other 2 with my weight days. i would like a little bit of advice what might be the best burners to go with, i am in canada so alot of the stuff is sold off the market and not sure what is good and what is not..... so any advice would be greatly appreciated..
Thanks

I am about to try a cycle of Heat Miser by GAC. Each 1 ml dose serving contains s 25mcg T-3, 40mcg of clenbuterol and 5.4mg of Yohimbine HCl. I'll let you know how it goes.

Xenedrine is fine, but It will only do so much. Up the cardio to twice a day at 45min if you have the time. Make sure your diet is sound as well. You should start to see results after that. Good luck.

I agree. You gotta remember that "fat burners" don't burn fat at all. All they do is give you a little extra energy to do it yourself. Losing fat is primarily diet and excercise, not pills. There's a lot of talk about them on this board. But, ultimately, they're pretty much the same.

Order your xenadrine from the US.
The canadian version is shit.
the US version works quite well.

Best fat burner i've ever used was the old MD6. That stuff was excellent. Number 2 fat burner would be Adipokinetics. I prefer the Norephedrine over the Ephedrine. Decreases hunger better than ephedra, no shakyness or jitteryness, and personally i think it works better as a fat burner (saying this from experimenting w/ both).

good luck

pills bah

first off this is not a flame im just trying to give you some advice. kepe that in mind, english isnt my native tung so it could me that i dont get the tone nuances right :)

But on to the advice it sounds like you dont need advice on fat burners but on diet. Losing fat is not about losing weigth, its about losing fat tissue and preserving as much of your muscle tissue as you can.

Preserving your muscle tissue while cutting your fat tissue at the smae time, is just about the hardest thing there is. Its all about the diet. If you want to lose fat start to get serious about your diet. And i mean serious like a m0f0 no more junk foog at all. Write down everytihing you eat weigh each and everything and some more of that obsessed crap :p

I'll have to agree with the last post. I personally havn't tried diet supplements, but a can concur that a sound diet is the ultimate. I think that 1.5 hour of cardion daily is a bit excessive, but hey, some need it. Also writting down everything you eat helps, not just to know if you ate too much, but too feel guilty if you did. It's just psychological warfare.

I think 'fat burners' can be a valuable addition to a DIET and EXCERCISE program for 2 reasons (and neither of them is because they "burn" fat):

1. They give me that extra kick/energy boost that gymtime was talking about.

2. They have a significant impact on my appetite. I feel less hungry when I am taking Hydroxycut (2 pills 3x a day). Therefore, I EAT LESS.

fat burners don't do much without a good diet and exercise routine already. It's just a little extra help for the chemical generation.
