hello everybody
due to my religion (islam), i am fasting the next 30 days from sunrise until sunset, by fasting i mean no food and drinks.
i would like to take advantage of this and lose smoe weight! what do you guys recommend? i will get to eat at around 7pm until ..bedtime. so how often should i eat? how much? do i need to go jogging before the sunset to speed up the process?
please answer or if i'm in the wrong forum, orient me!
