Anyone know what the top end of a regular WRX is?
No however I had one pass me on I-95 3 weeks ago and I was running 90mph and he passed me like I was going in reverse.

I know a nurse/mother over age 50 who has the Turbo WRX her 22 year old son told her to buy it. She drives it at 160K (100 MPH) on the highway between Toronto and Montreal...she loves it LOL

The 2007 WRX Turbo in Canada is fucking $53,000.00 loaded

Are you sure that's not the STi? 'Cause a regular WRX is around $25K down here. $33K for the STi. Both are turbocharged.

And at least some Subarus are built in Canada, so you should be saving on destination charges.

Maybe if you had real currency, instead of Canadian Tire Money...

Anyone see the pics from Geneva?

1. new m3 looks ugly :(
2. the Maserati looks unreal!
3. the new audi S5 looks awsome

1. I think the m3 is gonna look great! ...i love the new coupes (328i and 335i) and the m3 is gonna be basically the same except for the flared fenders, and those other little sporty details.

2. the maserati pics gave me full on wood.
3. like usual im not impressed with the audi s lines, any of them for that matter. they dont add anything that really makes the car stand out, atleast not for me.

YES STi

Canada is messed up. A civic Si runs 30k there.

On destination charges? well that means nothing actually. When I worked for Honda one salesman came from a Honda Store in Ohio, maybe 5 miles from where they were manufactured and they had the same destination price regardless that they only had to be shipped a few short miles vs shipping them to out west. All the same price

The new 335 looks awsome. I just wish the New M would look as good as the E46 M3. (OF course updated) we know it will go like hell etc but I am not in love with it.

here are some photos of the new m3

I am not an Audi fan at all but the new A/S or the RS5 looks great. the R8 is basically a lambo in an Audi suit

I love the new c class benz. I wonder if they will make a C 63 AMG (thing would have 450 HPs)

I kind of miss working at Mbenz :(

I wonder if there are other factors at work here, like the sales tax being included in the advertised price in Canada?

155 mph in a Volvo T5 (bearing in mind the volvos over here are restricted to 155mph in their speed)

hell no then we pay 14% tax over and above the inflated sticker price.

my mates car that i built the drive train in, a vr ss holden commodore. we just hit 270 kph around 160 to 170 mph on the western freeway (conects melbourne to adelaide)

Crazy. Have a blow out going that fast and you're finished. LOL. I think the fastest I've gone (for a short period of time) was 110 and that was by accident. ICK. Scary.

Is Hans-Joachim Stuck the son of Hans-Jurgen Stuck?

The old Nurburgring course is a monster, I wish there was a way to still use that for F1 races. I'd like to see at least one long course left.

Spa's the longest now, right? I need to get Speedvision. I never know anything anymore.

I've flown in an F-15 at almost 900mph and I have been on a refueling mission 2,000 miles SW of hawaii.. that was awesome.. don't know how fast we got tho
