Facial blushing?

New member
Is there anything I can do about it? It has gotten really annoying lately and my face has been hot and red for a lot of time now ( good chunks of the day). Ive had it before but now it feels as though my skin has been getting irritated from it, cause my skin for so much of the day...... Im on a good amount of test though but it still i dont think ever been an annoyance

that could be a sign of high BP. well it is a sign of high BP but doesnt mean yours is high. go check your BP if your on a good amount of test. You cant do anything about it except lower your test dose if its your bp

Some of that is genetic, some is elevated BP. I have facial flushing rather severely on or off, and independent of my BP. You can have facial capillaries lased to take care of some of it if it is not a BP issue. Since it runs in my family all of my female relatives have had the laser procedure and a few of the males also.

bullshit.he can check his diet and cut out things that will rase his colestole and blood presher.eating much cleener can help a lot.

how can you come at me and say BS...do you know what his diet looks like..i dont...all i can do is assume he is eating clean.
and you have to be eating pretty F'ed up to raise your bp that much to cause blushing. And if your BP is that high your blushing why the hell would you want to experiment with your diet when you can drop a 1-200mg of test and prevent harm to your ventrical valves

but yes it can also be part genetic. Your capalaries in your face can run closer to your skin causing blushing.

well I could just drink 3-4 beers and my face will get flash.I could eat bergerking fore a week strate and I bet my face will start to get flash.diet can play a big role.

Diet can play a big role in high blood pressure, as can high levels of oestrogen caused by androgens which can increase water retention. Make sure ur diet and estrogen is in check. If necessary, take a lot of dandelion root to get rid of the water (better than resorting to lasix or spironalactone which can be dangerous.)

if that's you in your avatar, you should be criticizing anyone for their diet.

i'd try and drop the estrogen-related water with an AI....but lowering the dose isnt a bad idea. high BP can be very dangerous.

Bro, that is exactly needto's point. You ASSUMED his diet was in check. Never assume anything when considering health risks and always start with the most basic causes. My bp went out of site last year while on sust. Most assumed it was the test but Mr. X said it was likely my diet. He was right. I was running a ketogenic diet and my body just did not agree with it. Within a week of changing my diet my bp started to come back into check.

As far as the bro with the facial blushing, it could be any of many things. I would check my bp right away and if it's high look strongly at your diet. If it's your diet you are likely using a lot of processed foods (e.g. luncheon meats, sliced cheese, canned foods, etc.). If you are, drop those ASAP. I'm sure you know to keep the sodium in check. It could also be rosacia like some of the other bros said but get the bp checked first. Always eliminate the most health threating causes first and work your way down.

Make sure you are using enough AI.

He's been on house arrest dick head and he has admitted that he gained some weight due to not having any way to stay in shape. That was about the dumbest observation ever... 'hmmm, let me see, he doesn't look like he's ripped so there is no way he could no anything about diet!" Fucking idiot. You are the kind of dumb ass that believes anything a guy jacked out of his mind tells him. No research, no questions asked you just assume because he's jacked he's an expert... wrong answer dick weed. I guess you wouldn't believe a female doctor either since there is now way they could understand how a man's body works.

I hope needto blows your ass out of the water.

High BP does not cause irritation of the skin, only the redness.
Sounds like a classic case of Rosacea.
I have had it for years. Irish blood!
There is no cure, but there are remedies that help.
See a Derm to confirm diagnosis and go from there.

Good luck

Oh no you did not just do that!

There is no critisism other than what you just said. He simply said that diet can help control BP and it CAN!

Well im not arguing...with anyone. But im also not assuming anything. I cant asume his diet is in check because he said nothing about it. Only info there was that he was on a good amount of Test. From a doctors standpoint what is the first thing you do. Address a chemical being put in your diet. Its like having a crack head come to you and saying "i keep loosing weight". Dont say eat more food...stop doing crack.
The redness from drinking a few beers isnt the result of BP. The effects of drinking in moderation and BP are still unknown in a reasonable...drinking in large amounts will raise your BP slightly. This comes from the High BP Association of America.
The combination of the two bad diet and test could be it or it could be either or. Basically we are all a bunch of juicers here...so ya god forbid we give the juice up...we would rather change the diet...lol....

I'm not sure if it is BP or estrogen, but I find that drinking enough water really takes care of the problem.
