..this is more of a medical question but i thought id get a quicker answer on this forum then the medical one....but why the fuck does acne appear most on the face? it pisses me off because mine is horrible now..its like i have the choice to use gear and build the best body of my life and have the nastiest face youve ever seen, or be the average joe that doesnt progress much and have a nice face. damn why does acne have to appear on the one part of your body thats always exposed? i guess im ranting but it just pisses me the fuck off.

If you are prone to more oily skin is a starting point, hormones can affect it as well. Cystic acne I don't know so much about. I never had acne that bad but I have oily skin (which means now I don't have too many wrinkles either!) and had experienced some serious acne from my elementary school years up until I was 37 -- experienced a hormone change (not menopause yet, but a definite hormone change) - now I literally only get a little during that time of the month (not a problem for you) and around the edges of my gym clothes (e.g. sports bra) where I sweat alot or in the sun sweating.

The thing that has helped me the most is seriously using Vitamin B5 / Pantothenic Acid.

I'm pretty sure that because you have more pores in your skin on your face is why it's more prone to zits. As you probably know it's tiny specks of dirt that clog your pores and give you zits. Anyway, I'm no pizza face-but keeping my face clear requires some effort for me. I use a daily facial wash once after working out and again before bed. I always wash my hair before bed too cuz the excess oil in your hair gets on your pillowcase and end up on your face. I still change my pillowcase EOD for this reason. Also, try not to touch your face with your hands. Your hands almost always have an assload of bacteria on them that can cause zits. Even touching your zits causes zits. Be sure to drink plenty of water and stay away from soda, doritos, hotdogs and chocolate-anything with preservatives or a ton of sugar. I think caffeine might cause zits too-but I use it anyway. Good luck. Now go watch The ProActiv Infomercial.

A lot of guys will get bacne (back acne) instead of face acne, so it's variable from person to person. You could try something like accutane along with daily facial treatments. How many times per day do you wash? clean? moisturize your face?

Dont believe that the food you eat causes acne, thats a myth. You wanna nip this shit in the bud, theres only one proven way. Get on a moderate dose of accutane and run it for 6 months. You will never have problems with acne again, and if you do have any re-occurance, a small dosage of 20mg ED will keep you perfectly clear. People on here will tell you how awful the side effects are and that you will be hating life while on it, but that isnt true if your dosage isnt high. I suggest 40mg ED for the first couple months, then you might be able to take it down if you get the results your looking for. The only side effect you will experience at that dosage is dry lips. Possibly slightly blurred vision caused by your body releasing tears to combat the dryness of your eyes (this is easily controlled by using eye drops throughout the day)
Your acne should be gone after 1 month and you will stay clear as long as you continue to take it. Its also the only medication that will work afterwards while your not taking it. Quite possibly you will be clear for life after a 6 month course. Some have re-occurance when AAS is put into the mix but this is easily controlled by running a low dosage (20mg ED) while on cycle.

Also there is nothing better for acne induced by steroid use. IT will completely eliminate acne on your back, shoulders, and chest that result from steroid use. Also, this type of acne will go away extremely fast. The acne on your face that is not caused by steroids will also clear up, although it may take a little longer for it to work (2-3 months). But it WILL work!

Got any 411 to document that? All I know is that the cleaner I eat, the clearer my skin is. Maybe it's a coincidence? Or could it be how my diet affect my nerves? My hormones?

I gotta wonder when I see all of these pizza faced kids that do nothing but play video games all day and live on Hot Pockets and Coca Cola.

where can we buy accutane online, its hard to get hold of.... I know Ag-guys sell some sort of it..., I have mild acne atleast 3-4 decent zits a week,

-Where can I get it other then a doctor?

-and what would a proper dosage be for less extreme acne thanks guys?

-and for those that use vitamin B5, thats just a vitamin that you take once a day?

I have taken AG-Guys accutane and it works although it tastes horrible, i mix it with OJ and slam it, then follow that witha full glass of water. ITs dosed at 50mg perML and that dose would be sufficient every day to get rid of most acne. ALthough if your case is really bad you might need to take 1.5 ML per day.

Here is one of about a thousand examples you can find on the net, or simply in ANY dermatologist office in the world. Acne is NOT caused by diet.

CHeck myth # 2

The problem is the dermatologists have a lot to lose by saying that cleaning up your diet does clear up your skin. Wouldn't that hurt their income if people knew that they could control their acne on their own? I'm not saying this is or isn't true. I just don't trust Drs much. After all, if everybody could cure their ailments on their own, Drs would be out of business. So it's in their best interest to keep you sick so you'll continue to see them for treatment, RX meds, etc.

try acne annihilator,,,banner at pro muscle i think. this made great differnce in my skin.

ag-guys accutane is amazing, been on it for 57 days at 100mg, and have no acne now.

New batch has a very nice peppermint taste.

yea im looking for something that will work. ive used many different things such as proactive and all that shit. it seems the more kinds of different soaps and cleansers i use the worse the acne will get. im willing to take something really strong to get rid of this, regardless of sides. ive always had bad acne and would give anything to get rid of it;

I would disagree with both. That would be taking a drug to cover up a symptom, the height of ignorance. Adjust diet, (eliminate dairy and sugar) take B5, keep pillowcase clean. If going with drugs, use topicals.

I know the mentality here is just to throw illegally obtained self prescribed drugs at everything, but drugs shouldn't be the first thought all the time.

that is not the mentality here, so get that right first off. Any medication can be considered an illegally obtained substance if used without a prescription, Accutane is easily obtained legally by any dermatologist. You can keep thinking that eliminating sugar from diet will help fight acne, but you will be the one always fighting it, cuz you will always have problems with it. What you eat has NO effect on your skin. I could eat fried chicken all day long, does that mean that my skin is going to be oily????

Retin-A

Kills all zits,

Even the monsters caused by anadrol, all bacterial, blackheads, anything,

Seriously it even will destroy pre cancerous bile cells.

Three levels strengths available, or simply buy the strongest and use it moderately.

Get it in Mexico or with a prescription

Although I know that some people have had GREAT responses to accutane... I have known (personally known, as in, not on the internet or friend of a friend) one person that ended up in the hospital with a VERY bad reaction to it.

It is important to recognize, just as with AS, that not everybody reacts the same to everything, period... THAT is the one constant in this game. So a dose that worked well for one person may be a nice place to start, but may be completely wrong for the other person.

Giving blanket advice regarding how a controlled substance that has severe side effects will work for everyone is normally a bad idea :)

Especially when a visit to a dermatologist will answer a lot of questions and at least allow them to as you the right questions to determine if a certain medication would be contraindicated in your case.... then buy whatever on the internets and save urself the $$$ of a script! :)

My acne gets worse on my shoulders then my face. I dont get anything on my face thank god. If I did I would for sure get some medication. I use differen on my shoulders and its seems to help. Keep clean.
