Your best bet may be to check out any health food stores / groceries... Should be in the freezer sections causes it molds really quickly when not kept in the fridge

ezekial, rye, or WHOLE GRAIN are the best types of breads however just because they are sold as those doesn't mean they are made with high quality.

i'm assuming in Ireland they have places that bake high quality bread.

no we dont steve ireland has a terrible range of breads mostly white all unhealthy fuckers...

my best bet may be to try the polish food shops there are alot of them over here and I hear they love there bread hopefully its healthy tho..

you can bake your own ezikial bread but it looks like a pain in the arse

I was looking everywhere for this bread also in dublin well just outside Bray! cant find it anywhere i currently get a low gi wholegrain and linseed bread i get in superquinn!! its nice stuff.

Ezekiel isn't the same as whole grain.. it sprouted grains and flourless..And any bread similiar will be kept in the freezer.. you leave that stuff out for a couple days and it'll be covered in mold.

yeh the healthier the bread the quicker usually goes off...

Thanks eoghan I think linseed was the one I was going ta get I might do a bit of research on it first myself..
