So my dad’s doc quoted around $17k for stem cell injections for his shoulder 
which seems way too much. I started looking around and noticed some people use sites like PlacidWay to check out clinics abroad and even chat with someone there to get options. Has anyone here actually used something like that? Wondering if it’s a safe way to find more affordable treatment.
