Heres what i have done ,I Use the pyramid method
Training Days Mon,Wed,Fri,Those are the day I take 5mgs of dbol
After several Weeks i increase it to 10mgs wk
After that 20mgs for 2 weeks, then dropping this back to 15mgs,then 10mgs ,thn 5mgs before the bottle is gone, If you traing Hard also using the pyramid method,one you reach your max as you decline try to beat your previous reps when you went up ,by 2 or more reps comming down.This will consist of 12-14 sets.
You will keep your gains-I'm a firm believer in"Quick to Gain=Quick to loose," a 4 wk cycle of Dbol to me is a waste.
BTW This cycle will last bet 16-20 wks depends on the dosage ran.And I cannot stress this enough, Drink a gallon of water every day, supplement Cranberry Extract, and have a good liver protector on hand!( This was my first cycle i ran,introduced to me by an olypian powerlifter, my Bench press went from 205-to 315, my net gains were 25lbs and i kept 21lbs of it)
