Obviously my first time posting. I'm looking for an idea on what I can expect from my first cycle. Stats:
Height: 6' Weight: 235# Age:39
Diet 3150 cal lots of protien litte to no sugar..just enough carb's
Athletic build; currently about 18% BF, been hitting the gym for about 3 yrs on the reg, 8 yrs off and on..Starting my 3rd week of cycle below hitting gym 6 days a week 1 muscle group per day..1 hr weights everyday & 20 min cardio every other day
Taking 200 test e and 100 dec weekly for 10 weeks, pct for 2-4 week after as needed...I have read plenty of these threads to know everyone is different. Just looking to establish reasonable ecpectations. I know its low but starting with the less is more aproach due to it being my first cycle.

And please easy with the ball busting, I'm here for constructive feedback NOT bs & drama

you can expect to get a lot of shit for running deca as a first cycle... you can also expect to get a lot of shit for running doses that are not worth running... your test dose is a trt dose and your deca dose is so low that it might as well be flushed down the toilet because that's all its worth running it that way... your throwing your money away... no drama, no bs, just fact...
 
Trt dosage is 200 every 2-3 weeks??....I am having blood checked also to monitor levels and as I said first time...less is more aproach. Why is dec bad for first time though?
 
Its not that deca is bad for the first time..............well yeah it kind of is. I would hit with 450/wk of test......drop the deca...........when you run more than one compound your first round, you dont quite know where your sides might be coming from. And yeah at that dose that deca is NOT attributing to your gains whatsoever....maybe barely lubing up your joints. My opinion.
 
well he said he is already 3 weeks in.....since you already shut yourself down from the deca I wouldn't necessarily stop it. But you need to get more deca and run it 12-14 weeks. And up your test dosage to about 350/500mg...probably 350 to stay on the lower side. Deca is supposed to be used at 2mg x Bodyweight for maximum dosage. So I would say 4-500 for you, with 400mg being your best choice because of being on the lower side. You will need Caber to keep up with prolactin issues. Run aromasin 12.5 EOD to keep down your bloat.

deca is not really a best first choice because deca along with Tren are the two steroids that would be considered harshest, and shut you down the most. 19-nor are for more advanced users. With that said, you already started it so at least do it right. Some people may just say stop it and save it for the future. If you can't get more, then definitely do that. Because you will grow off of a good dosage of test. But at least you came here for advice.

For your PCT...
You need to wait 3 weeks after last deca shot
2 weeks after last test shot

so clearly, cut out the deca one week before the test.
then do this:

blast Hcg 1000IUs a week during those 2 weeks you are on nothing (substitute hcgenerate)

PCT:

its not a good idea to just jump into something that harsh as a first cycle... you never made mention of caber or prami for prolactin from deca? nor did you mention hcg? nor did you mention what type of pct?
 
18% bodyfat... You've started a cycle thats going to cause you to gain fat, and you're already fat... Your expectations, I think you'll see gains from the test but ultimately because of your bodyfat there's a strong chance you'll end up looking worse after this cycle.... The deca dosage is low enough to be worthless gains wise but high enough to shut you down hard and possibly cause sexual issues, with the layout you've given I seriously doubt you're using any caber or prami to stop that from happening, overall, bit of a mess man, it pays to do some reading before messing with your health....

actually 195 at 5.7 % bodyfat... LMAO... and a masters degree... you go ahead an educate though... don't come looking for advice and then be a cry baby when you don't hear what you want to hear... everyone is trying to guide you in the best direction... if you don't like it, don't ask... as for insults... im the last one you want to insult... i never insulted you in any way... grow the fuck up... btw... i train to impress women, not bros... so i think by my feedback from them, im doing just fine... =)
