What are some good exercises for seperating the:
1. delt from the bicep
2. get the real deminsioned "V" shape in the tri's
3. quad separation?
About my tri's, I have pretty big tri's with a nice V but I need it to be way more toned. I have good natural muscle separation but I need the be in tip top shape in Feb and I've never really had to do any separation excersises. Thanks, Bam
