Exercises for muscle separation

What are some good exercises for seperating the:

1. delt from the bicep
2. get the real deminsioned "V" shape in the tri's
3. quad separation?

About my tri's, I have pretty big tri's with a nice V but I need it to be way more toned. I have good natural muscle separation but I need the be in tip top shape in Feb and I've never really had to do any separation excersises. Thanks, Bam
 
Good question, but you would probably get more help on this subject if you posted in the training forum.
 
Seperation = DIET and extremely low bodyfat while not holding any sub-q water.

Basic posing the correct way will help to "bring out" muscles, but the above is the only way to SEE seperation.

Good post SC..but to add on that, make sure you have a full range of motion with your exercises. Too many people try to do too much weight and sacrifice form. Hit every head of your tricep and all parts of the delt and eat good and you'll see the cuts.
