Exercise Slang Meanings?

Sometimes I get confused as to what exercise, machine, or movement someone is referring to because of some of the slang and abbreviations but I usually can figure it all out. However last week I was in the gym and a guy I had never seen before was going around offering people advice. He seemed a bit arrogant and aggressive. I'm not sure if he was a trainer or what but the guy was rather massive but didn't seem like he was there to lift. Soon enough he approaced me and asked what I was working out. I told him back and biceps and he proceeded to take a notepad out and write down what his recommendations were. I didn't even ask for his help or anything he just gave me this paper and said try it out and said thanks. Anyways, here is where I'm confused. Either he is using some major slang or I'm just inexperienced but I can't figure what in the hell he is suggesting here:

3-4 Sets, 10 Reps each
Delt Yanks

3-4 Sets, 10 Reps each
Rotating Trap Bombs

2 Sets Max 12-15 Reps
Clean Compression Rips

1-2 Power Sets 10 Reps each
Back End Tugs

all of them sound like the $hitty form version of:

1: upright rows
2. shrugs
3. high pulls
4. some gay movement that only happens in the steamroom. (or a deadlift)

steer clear of this knucklehead, sounds like he wants to look "older" school than he is, or is trying out newly patented names of sloppy form exercises.

I think I just made a Clean Compression Rip when I wastugging on my Back End due to excess protein intake
 
hahahahah Thaibox, I've been there brother......I like the rotating trap bombs cause I can just picture this dildo doing those shrugs where you contract your scapulae and in essence do a lot of nothing, this is classic shit, somebody should make this a sticky, you'd be better off getting a routine from the Muscle Tech ad in this month's MMI or FLEX.......Snarling Force, steer clear of this dude in the locker room, he may wanna yank your back end, just keep doing what ur doing and you'll be better off than him.
 
Thanks for the advice everyone! I'll definitely stick with my normal routine! I feel much better now knowing that I'm not ignorant of such strange routines. If I see this dude again, I'm going to approach him and ask him WTF?? One thing though, you all are cracking me up with your interpretations of the shit this guy told me to do! LMFAO!!
