Sometimes I get confused as to what exercise, machine, or movement someone is referring to because of some of the slang and abbreviations but I usually can figure it all out. However last week I was in the gym and a guy I had never seen before was going around offering people advice. He seemed a bit arrogant and aggressive. I'm not sure if he was a trainer or what but the guy was rather massive but didn't seem like he was there to lift. Soon enough he approaced me and asked what I was working out. I told him back and biceps and he proceeded to take a notepad out and write down what his recommendations were. I didn't even ask for his help or anything he just gave me this paper and said try it out and said thanks. Anyways, here is where I'm confused. Either he is using some major slang or I'm just inexperienced but I can't figure what in the hell he is suggesting here:
3-4 Sets, 10 Reps each
Delt Yanks
3-4 Sets, 10 Reps each
Rotating Trap Bombs
2 Sets Max 12-15 Reps
Clean Compression Rips
1-2 Power Sets 10 Reps each
Back End Tugs
Anyone have any idea WTF?
