Hi, for two weeks i have stopped eating bad foods completely, not eating out, no sweets, no cookies, no fatty foods for two weeks already. I limited to 1 cheat day a week sometimes even two. The results came so fast. I lost 5 pounds in just two weeks. I went from a 5ft7 height, skinny frame, of 140 pounds to 135. I noticed that my muscles became much more defined, yet smaller, but because they are defined they look bigger. Hard to judge because some people naturally are born with really nicely defined and cut out looking bicep muscles with intimidating veins. My muscles look better now, but my chest got a little bit smaller also.
It is very hard to follow a high protein diet. I just don't know what to buy and what to cook everyday and on the weekends my diet gets ruined because i wake up 5 hours later from normall 7 o clock time. In the morning I don't always have time to eat breakfast. I don't like eating eggs all the time, they get real dull and tasteless after a while besides the fat is not good for you and I don't have the patience with egg whites. I really just want to know exactly what to eat and so there would be variety for a whole 7 days eating differently each day yet not havin to go to the supermarket every other day. Its sometimes confusing what to buy or what you just want to eat in general.
Does anyone know of any good comprehensive bodybuilding 7 day, 6 times a day cooking recipe handbook. I found a magazine, forgot its name had that but it was too complicated of a diet with lots of carbohydrates and fruits and it had no pictures of the meals. I just want something that is really focused on diet and tasty healthy foods filled with pictures and a complete day to day, hour to hour PLAN. Please someone that knows anything like this, tell me because thats my only choice at this point. Thank you for any replies.
