Excess water elimination

What's a good supplement to eliminate extra water in my body? I have a water build up in my stomach that I want to get rid of to show my abs more, any suggestions? I.e dieretic of somekind?

There are diuretic herbs but people too often miss the obvious. SWEAT!!!
