I have been looking into this diet, seems very intriguing. Get the short term fat loss benefits of ketosis, but also keep your your muscle anabolic with the re-feeds. Right now I am eating a normal diet with a bit of carb cycling, pretty standard and have liked the results and is easy to stick to. But I think it is about time to change things up a bit.
Since this diet is primarily low carbs, what do you do for post workout nutrition? Consume the majority of your carbs at this point? I usually like to consume 50-75 g of carbs directly post workout with my shake. So what would you do while on the evo diet?
