there are too many things to list. most of the time its not a methodical progression either, with some having to do more than others. best bet is to hit a search on contest prep online. read up on posing, suit selection, tanning, sodium loading/depletion, potassium loading/depletion. contest preparation. interval training etc.
prepping for a show means everything from training to diet, grooming, tanning. experimenting with sodium/carb depleting and loading, etc. manipulating water. varying cardio to keep gains coming. practicing posing, learning your weak points and how to disguise or hide them, selecting music, building a routine. getting painted, shaved etc.
