Thanks dude. Great thread you started. I've been working pretty hard, but I still fail every single day to put it all together (diet/exercise/rest).

This is really motivating seeing some of these dudes on here. Reminds you how much of an accomplishment this whole thing really is. Pushing your body beyond limits, with or without synthetic hormones is an extremely difficult artform. Pain, discipline, sacrifice--all the ingredients necessary for the most impressive outcomes in life.

I don't know if you are refering to me or not bro....if so thanks... but theres no way you can say that about yourself, you are lookin solid man.

Add some winstrol, proviron and t3 to the eq and test you are running and you will start really changing your appearance.

I am a little sloppier right now than i like (in the waistline) but a "Bruce" cycle of npp, winstrol, and prop may be in store for the summer :p

Thanks so much for the compliment brotha...thats a nice thing to say. :) I started training very young because I had a HORRIBLE physique to start out with. Very endomorphic and estrogenic if theres such a thing. The hardest part is trying to avoid the pitfall of getting "big". Most guys are in a hurry and put on size to fast and it doesn't look right. I prefer to always be in lean bulk mode and work on weak areas with the use of aas rather than making a pig out of myself. Thats what works for my goals though, some just like to be mass monsters, and thats cool too!

The tren should do you nice, although I have never used it people say that tren makes winstrol seem mild so I can only imagine what the effects are like.

You have come along way as well as so many other good bros on the site. It is nice to see pics of the guys we spend so much time conversing with. I hope this isn't the clomid showing its effects on me.... :rainbow:
 
Have a pic in my profile. Sorry it's a cheap camera phone pic but I'm not so fancy like you guys with the digicam's. And yes I'm wearing a shirt. I'm not waxed and pale as a ghost so that's what'll have to do for now. At least it still shows my size, and luckily Im big enough you can see my bulk through the shirt, lol. I will post more pics as I start hitting the tanning beds and cleaning myself up a bit. But ya'll get the idea. I think its always a challenge for you big guys to wear your mass well. I always feel terrible for BBs at 6'+ -- to get to the top levels you have be like 240 lb & ripped. That's brutal. Otherwise you see guys w/ good size but they can't get leaned out enough.

Props - you wear your mass well :) (I wish my 15% bf looked that good :rolleyes: ... estrogen sucks...) Very nice V going too. What do the wheels look like?
 
Thanks sassy, Dont feel terrible lol, Im not aiming to compete or get to very low b/f levels. For me its all about the lifestyle, getting stronger and the pump. my goal is 265 at 10%.

My wheels are avg but i've been training 2.5 to 3 years starting at 185 so im going to have lagging body parts.

I lied...I weighed in tonight at 234. Just started a cycle of Test E, Tren A and will finish up with winny. I did put on some water weight, but I am starting to lean back up now. Will know more later in the cycle. This is the largest I have ever been so I don't know how it will turn out but I am pleased so far.

This is a pic I took about 10 months ago. It was taken during my second cycle. My first cycle was Sydgroup winny (yes, winny ONLY!). I injected 50mgs every other day till the bottle ran out. My diet was good and I got great results in regards to strength gain, muscle fullness/hardness. Obviously, I was not looking for added size. Four months later I ran British Dragon test prop - 100mg every other day along with 50mg of Schering Proviron/daily. I think I was about 190-195lbs @ 5'8" in this pic. My next cycle will be more legit - test, eq, winny, proviron, t3, arimidex...I'm gonna shred down tight.

You look great all natural, dood. Because of your frame I think you look better with more mass on you. You're tall and so it just sits well. You should do a Test/Deca cycle for 12 weeks and eat like a maniac. You'd look rad at a swole 230.

Looking great bud. Nice chest development, and I can see the back width too. Good proportion as well. Can't see the legs but other than that the only advice I can give is make sure you do some HEAVY military presses and laterals with strict form to bring in the caps and you'll be good to go.

I concur. Hopefully with more shoulder training and lower bf%, I'll be where I want to be. I'm jealous of people with great delt development. Thanks for the input :)

in my avi, the second i can get my chest to look like my back i'll post it, i posted a bunch of back with arms flexed back a few months ago. ive always posted even when i was sub 170 lol. fuck it what is the point of not. i was always real cut and i just slowly put on lean mass never got sloppy. i got shit for being on while being thin but it worked great for me, its all how you wanna do it.

currently 6 3 205 give or take a few, 6-10%. i tested 6.5 hydro but its plus or minus like 3 so who knows. no way am i less imo so its gotta be 6-10.

I just remember when I was like 155lbs. and ran the marathon. I have a pic actually which I'll have to post up here. My shoulders and my hips are like the same width. I look like a total pussy-golfer dude with a big ass.

With the help of some anger and great AAS I've managed to pack the mass on my delt caps and traps and finally after years of hard work I'm seeing the V that Boston and Bruce were given from birth...

You have the ability to make fun of yourself, self-deprecating humor, that shows an inner confidence, that's how I try to live my life. I've always thought doing aas for men is like a boob-jobs are for women. You're basically doing something cosmetic that makes you look and feel better. There are all sorts of other parallels, but I say if it changes how you look and feel for the better and it's really important to you, go for it.

Looking at those two pictures is really insane for me mentally. That's the first time I've put them next to each other like that. I have other before/afters but none of them look quite that dramatic. I posted this up and then had to leave the office. Now that I've come back and I can get the full effect--I mean FUCK! No wonder people say shit who haven't seen me in a while!! Funny how your brain can play tricks on you. I still don't think I'm that big. This shit's a disease bros!!! :evil: I LOVE IT!

Arms are around 18 1/2. I have extremely small bones so it took me a LONG time to build them, and everything as a matter of fact. I have a better pic I'll post of before this damn injury. Yeah, the shoulder injury really sucks. If you have any advice, please let me know. Builds are similar I agree.
