Ever try to consume 400-450g of protein from food?

This is starting to suck, I'm at 450g of protein right now, 50g from whey only.

So that's close to 400 from food.

It looks something like this:


M1: 3 Eggs ~ 40g

M2: 1lb of Chicken Breast ~ 90g

M3: 2 cans of white Tuna ~ 60

M4: 1 Shrimp Ring ~ 50g

M5: 1lbs of Eye of Round Steak ~ 100g

M6: 1 container of Cottage Cheese ~ 60g

I don't eat that many carbs only 150g right now

This is getting disgusting :(
 
what the hell kinda eggs are you eating? ostrich eggs? i buy the bigg'ns and they only have like 7g-8g/egg...

still, consuming that much protein from food alone is undoable for me
 
isn't there whey in c-sheese? I know what you mean though as in shakes. Eating more then one can of tuna is impossible for me.
 
Yikes Andy! Can all that protein be utilized? I think you should see very similar results if you switch to 50-60% of your protein intake from shakes and the rest from food. I've tried both ways and the all from food way was a lot to handle :)
 
It's tough...

I drink about 80g of protein, and I eat 3 whole eggs and 3 egg whites, and about 2.5 to 3lbs of lean meat a day. Other incidental protein comes from nuts, a little milk and a little cheese or beans each day. I eat a chicken one day, pork roast the next, a few fish the next, etc. I hate chicken most of all. Today is chicken...
 
You sure you don't mean 13 eggs???

Eggs got about 6g protein if you eat both white and yolk.

I'm definitely thinking ostrich eggs as well. lol

Well, of course it can, especially on Deca, anavar, Tren...etc hehehe :p

You have to build up to it.

I have through the years tried the protein shake thing, and to tell you the truth, I think they make me look stringy and I add more mass on real food. I might add a shake here and there to my meals if I'm shooting for 500-550g of protein which I will be on my next cycle. :bawling:

I didn't count the protein coming from beans, etc...just from animal sources.

I consume about 60g of fiber a day, 10g from Metamucil. (Work your way up!!! lol)

Also, the food I eat is expensive, I only buy the best so I don't buy supplements,

Only

Multis, Vit C and E, garlic extract, ginger root.
 
When i was preparing for a show last year I tried hitting the 450grams without shakes and my stomach got huge..not fat but just big but I stuck it out for a month because I heard that protein from shakes is lost much more then from food (not sure how true that is anymore). The next month I did about 200grams of protein from shakes and my gains didn't drop off at all plus my waist line shrunk about 3 inches after 2 months of mostly shakes. Just my 2cents
