its very good and it dries very quickly... definitely helps tremendously on cycle and was very effective for me... 1 bottle will last you two months at least... i still have some left in my bottle and I actually was dosing more than 5 pumps a day...

Helped with lethargy for me. I've tried RS, PP, and BPS. RS has an amazing carrier and its worth the extra price. Plus there are many more servings per bottle.
