Estrogen. Is it bad? Is it good?

From what I know estrogen is needed to help keep serotonin and norepiniphrine up. Hence why when estrogen is brought down too low it kills our moods and libidos.

But when does estrogen become a bad thing? Why is too much estrogen a bad thing? We already know that too low is bad. But why is too high bad as well? And in what way?

one of many is development of breast tissue. (gyno)
your on a board that is geared about bbing and steroids, your not really asking that question are you?
I dont mean to insult you im jut not sure if your joking or not.

A little extra estrogen on cycle actually improves gains. As for gyno, it depends on your propensity for it. Guys take high dosages of test for size then take anti e's to control bloat, it's 2 drugs working against each other! Take less test!

On cycle, an e level of 30 is good, depending on how you can handle it. More than that ans libido will take a dive. Off cycle, an e level of about 15 is perfect. More than that and you'll hold fat and it can cause prostate problems as well.

What I meant to really ask is this. Sinc estrogen is needed for serotonin and norepiniphrine. And we know lowering estrogen lowers both serotonin and NE thus making us flat and dull and killing libido. Then why does too much estrogen kill mood? libido? makes us cranky and bitchy?

More estrogen should mean more serotonin and NE. No?????? I'm trying to understand why too much E has almost the same effect as having too little E.

Does it have to do something with it messing up the thyroid?

No, it has to do with balance. We all have an optimum range where we function best. EVen excessively high testosterone dosages can wreak havoc on libido. I believe some people get a libido boost from Clomid due to an elevation in estrogen. There's a "sweet spot" ands it's different for everyone.

Studies show that the optimal estradiol range for men is 20-30. in men who average at over 30 or under 20, chronic health problems are much more common (high = increased risk for cardiovascular disease, obesity, depression, prostate problems .. low = increased risk of osteoporosis, messed up lipoprotein ratio (high LDL, low HDL)

lowering estrogen too much is not a good thing as many think. Having super low estrogen levels will not make you lose fat easier, it will just make you feel like shit and will be bad for your joints, libido, cholesterol and so on. In fact a bit higher levels on cycle can improve gains and keep you healthier.

Also too low will hinder gains, you need some estrogen for steroids to work!

Then why the hell do I feel so damn shitty on E levels of 35!? My E is usually pretty high. Around 60-65. I take Aromasin and bring it down to 35 and Doc says thats the sweet spot. Really?!!! Because I feel like 100% total ass at an E level of 35.

Could it be the E level?

OR....

Aromasin itself? It is a man-made chemical. And man-made drugs DO have side effects. Perhaps what I'm experiencing is a side effect?

Will natural AI's help me out instead?

Not everyone is the same! I said average.
Also, are we talking about the same unit ( pg/mL ) ? 65 is really high. I remember my first cycle, lol ... Ran 500mg Test E with nolva alone. When I got my E2 tested it was at 85. I was like a big depressed water baloon :D I don't like aromasin anyway tho, it always kills my libido. Anastrozole works best for me.
