Estrogen Fat

cardio and lifting. there is no other special secret. how do you know its estrogen related? unless its gyno, which it doesnt seem to be, an ai is not necessary. are you or have you been on gear lately?

Increase muscle mass

Diet! Cardio! Weight training, Test, Tren & winny! thats what I would say assuming it is just stubborn fat and not obesity. I am not saying you are I just dont know either way

- Diet, diet, diet.
- If you want larger muscle mass in the legs, train heavy on legs. If you want more caloric burn in the legs and burn intermuscular fat, train legs with more reps. You will still gain strength... and yes, spot-training in terms of fat loss is not a large possibility... but it may help to shape what you do have so you don't appear "fat" as you said.
- Yohimburn ES works well if you apply the lotion before training (cardio and weight training both; apply to the legs and other problem fat spots). It will raises the temperature of those muscles and contribute to topical fat loss.
- Still answer the questions about any gear usage. If you are certain the fat is caused by estrogen in excess, AIFM might work for you because it can minimize the estrogen fat deposits by keeping down the estrogen levels that you feel are causing them.
- Cardio training is important as well. Overall "calories in must be less than calories out" rule always applies no matter what your weight-loss/fat-loss goal.

No do drugs ! Test, Tren, Winny, maybe some Masteron, Anavar, HGH etc. then potatoe chips for starch and hot dogs for protien and carbs you will be good to go. get out your Xbox and remote control for the tube too!

Stack all that and you will be good! :rolleyes:
