Erection Problems

6 Pack Man

New member
I've been noticing some problems with my erections over the last few months.. Seems like I can no longer get an erection, unless I give it to me myself by touching it. Even with a hot chick, that is still the only way I can give myself an erection. If/when I do get an erection, if I stop for any reason (put on a condom) my erection is gone, and sometimes impossible to get back. I really don't think it's a mental problem since I never get an erection out of nowhere like I used to. This is not normal for a 21 year old. I've never taken any steroids before, so that's not the problem. I did take some ECA stacks about 2 or 3 weeks ago, so that shouldn't be causing problems now. Is it possible that a 21 year old can have low test levels causing this? Or I noticed the problems after I started using ECA stacks, is there any kind of permanent problems that could have caused? I know there are some stuff I can take to help out, but I'm looking more for a permanent fix, rather than a patch. The best thing for me to do is just go see a doctor, but right now I just don't have the money, so I was wondering if anybody knew if this could be caused by an ECA stack or possibly low test levels. I am on a med carb, low fat diet right now, so I know that could be a problem, but this stuff happened before on my bulking diets also. One more thang, what is a temp resolution I could use also till I get this problem fixed? I've tried Yohimbe last night, and it didn't do sh!t for me.. Thanks for any help.

sounds to me like you have low test levels....& yes low test levels can happen at any age, your best bet is to go to a doctor, get blood work done, and get on test replacement therepy if your levels are low.

What can cause test levels to be low for somebody my age?? Bad diet (I used to be on a screwed up diet before I knew better, with almost no fat), overtraining (been working out hard for the past 1 and 1/2 without taking any time off, 4 weight days and 1 or 2 cardio days a week), or something else that could cause low test levels?

First get a doctors opinion through some testing and such, at least then you will know if its physical. If not that you will prob, then you may narrow it down to some mental attribute. See a doctor 1st.

I'm going to try to get in to see my doctor this Friday, but it may be next Friday before I can get in.. What I'm concerned about though is being able to naturally get my test levels back up. I really think it's due to my diet for eating pretty much no fat for the past year before I knew better.. This last week I've really increased my fat intakes, if this is the case how long would it take my test levels to get back to normal for somebody my age? I'm also taking a week or 2 off training due to it could be due to over training also.. As far as mental, I really don't think it's due to that, because everything was fine until I got on a sh!tty diet and started lifting weights a little over a year ago.. That's when the problem began..
