Finally got some pictures taken, so I thought I'd post a couple for y'all to brutally critique. These were taken in December. I'm a few pounds bigger and harder now, but I don't think they're too bad.

(If they are, I know you guys will tell me!!! :D )

Yeah, I know my quads are lagging. I had some knee problems last year ... but I'm aware of the problem and I'm fixing it.

Damn, that one came out big! Have to reduce the pixels from now on.

(Or maybe it's just that my MASSIVE BACK is TOO FRIGGIN' HUGE to be viewed on a single computer screen ... yeah, that's the problem!):p

I think you look good...keep it up :)
I have to admit though, you look abit out of the ordinary from the neck up....

Thanks, ladies! I was dropped on my head as a baby, which accounts for my odd look aqbove the neck.

Good thing I live in California, where no one gives a damn about wehat you've got ABOVE the neck, right?:fro:

you have a really full and awesome lower chest, everything looks good, but wow, great chest.

i would ask you your chest routine, but i know it's just your genetics that gives your chest that shape. awesome seperation, nice abs, keep doing whatever it is you're doing, it's working great!

Thanks for your encouraging words! I look okay for an old fart in his forties, huh?

Actually my chest is NOT genetic. For years I couldn't get any chest development at all, and my triceps kept getting bigger and bigger.

Finally I figured out that sticking your chest out during chest exercises makes all the difference. Before each set, I thrust my sternum forward, which throws the work onto the pecs rather than the triceps.

Making this little change revolutionized my workouts. It's the single best chest advice I could give anyone -- on any chest press movement, do it with your sternum expanded forwards. Try it and see if it works for you.

You look great! Thanks for sharing and for supporting the site!
