i had injured my rotator cuff bad years back and it never healed properly...every time i do chest with dumbells i can hear that bead in my shoulder pop...i know what your gonna say,don't do dumbells for chest..but barbell fucking hurts damn near as bad....so i am on week six of deca/npp blend....thought it woukld help my joints but it been hurtin like hell...anyways i got a couple extra bottles of eq layen around too..should i switch over to the eq and drop the deca blend..also running sust 500mg wk,tren 100mg eod,600mg of deca blend wk....what you guys think???
