EQ - How long till I start getting hungry????

Depends on what else you are running of course. I notice a big boost 1 month in. But the results from EQ are even longer out...I read at 8 weeks or so you start notcing a nice difference. But with test at the same time I am hungry from the get go.
 
i'm taking test cyp and Dbol right now. My appetite is up a little but no where near where I need it to be!!!! I need to stuff my face all day but my appetite just cant handle it.
 
The eq doesn't increase my app at all. I am on week 7 of 600 weekly w/ 750 sust. No increase. BUT I am taking t3 now as well and don't know if that has something to do with it. Just eat high protein meals and often. You look pretty lean, are you looking to change that? Bulk? Coming from a bulky guy, stay ripped man. You try to put a lot of muscle on, you may gain some fat. What does you diet look like?
 
Well, I'm at work so I cant draw it all out but from a birds eye view... I'm 187 so I take in around 230-250 protein, maybe 90g of fat and dont really monitor the carbs to closely, and eat about every 2 1/2 hours. I don't mind a little fat, I can drop that once I'm done... I just have a hard time staying hungry, that's why I through in the EQ but its only been 2 weeks, that's why I was wondering how long it took to set in. I want to get to around 200 to 210 and I was hoping EQ would make me eat enough to get there.

It doesn't do it for everyone. I lose appetite on EQ. You have to force yourself to eat if you are bulking.
 
Well that's encouraging. Well if EQ doesn't make you hungry what that hells the point? Everything I've read said the main reason you take it is to make you hungry, I heard it's a pretty poor builder, but it's main purpose was hunger. Am I missing something?
 
I actually lose appetite on EQ also. Have always heard how it increases the appetite but it surely doesnt do it for me.
 
week 4 or 5 is when I really started noticing my appetite became never ending..........but that's on 600mgs a week stacked with test e,and prop eod.
 
for me bro, eq is one of the best compounds...the gains are so keepable for me cause i wanna eat all the time...i frontload at about a gram and the hunger kicks in in like 2 weeks...then i bring it down to 600mg...thats a good number for me...good luck bro

It's a good long term, keepable lbm builder. Also helps with cardio/endurance.

Don't be so quick to give up on it.

Thats the way i look at it too man - even when you dont want to eat, cant eat anymore, if you want the gains bad enough you will make sure that food goes down and stays down no matter what. Sometime i look like im pregnant after eating and feel like im gonna burst or puke but its all part of it

Forget using drugs to stimulate appetite man - you need to zone in your mind first, the rest will follow

yeah bro, i dont know how big you are...but for me...i like my bold over my test...right now i am on 400mg ew test e and 600mg ew of bold
also i front loaded the bold at a gram for 2 weeks...shit bro...you wanna get hungry...front load that shit at a gram for 2 weeks and you will eat your little brother

for me it usually takes about 4-5 weeks for me to start noticing results from eq, and from there its pretty constant
 
ok, well I'm just going to wait and see what happens here in the next few weeks then. I cant quite figure out why my strength isn't up though, I've been on dbol for about 3 weeks now, normally by now my strength is through the roof.

Question: If this is my 4th cycle, do I need to continually increase the amount I take of everything? I.E. 600mg of cyp since last cycle I did 500?
 
I hate EQ I think it is a joke, It mite be a good aas for a smaller leaner person but for a bigger dude like me it is crap with lil gains to nothing. Plus you need to run the sh*t for like 20 weeks just so you can make it worth the run..........
