EQ, easy or hard on the hair?

What,s your personal experience about how affects EQ the hair. Do you find it,s easy or hard? I read in some forums, few people that had telogen effluvium shedding with itchy scalp using this compound. Anyone had also this? What,s your experiences? Thanks
