I personally would just go 40mg to 60mg anyways 70mg is to much. Is run 40mg/60mg/60mg /60mg/60mg/60mg.......actually I did 60mg from week 1 but if I was to tapper up this is how I would run it.
True. I ordered and started epi only @ 60 mg/day as soon as that stuff landed in my mailbox. Probably prematurely, but it was what I was looking for at the right time.
I'm two weeks in:
+3 lbs -1.% bf. Slightly more vascular, good pumps but not crippling. Hunger is up. Not a single side to report EXCEPT my joints are a little dry. Its not slowing me down in the gym or causing pain during lifts, but I can feel it in the morning after not moving all night. Small price to pay to dry out and have more muscle poking through the skin. I'm prone to joint issues though so keep that in mind. Lifts up, and endurance up.
I'm happy with results so far. I'm hoping the next two weeks accelerate. I'm dosing first thing in the morning, the pre and post workout. I was in a 5x5 routine but I'm going to go back to my isolation/cardio routine and see how it does on a calorie deficit.
