Well It's been about a week so I figured I'd share the results as of now.

So far all my lifting has gone up atleast 10% in just the first week. And I have gained a good 3-4lbs and am getting a constant bloating feeling. It's not exactly the dry lean shread I was hoping for. Right now I'm around 219, want to be around 200-205 but more solid, so I'm going to continue the epi and adjust my diet some more and start doing 4 days of cardio instead of 2-3 a week. I also started my letro this week to help reduce the size of my hard gyno lumps before my surgery.

Maybe I'll take advantage of this closeout deal and pick up some 19tren unless anyone else has some better suggestions as far as fat loss (legal or not), shoot me a PM if you do.

Thanks again,
Steve

Shredder stack bro.

Epi may put on weight and muscle the first week but it should work the way you want it to before the cycle is over bro.

SL is a good bro and I am happy he is a part of the leadership on ef. Thanks for the shout out bro. Let us know how you like the product. Please do not forget i got a lot of new products coming out soon.
Southern Lord is one good bro AND one sick fck with a sick sense of humor!:biggrin:

Well I've adjusted my diet a lot, and started doing cardio a bit more and it seems to be helping.

I've dropped down to 208 and my lifts are the same as the 10% more then before. Which is fine with me I'm not looking to get a lot bigger from it, but it's always nice to increase ability.

I'll keep things posted

Yeah just about

I had a feeling a lot of the initial "bloat" I was feeling was some water weight not just added muscle and after the additional cardio I was able to drop most of that water weight as well as some fat deff helped by the epi.

The letro is killing me with my shoulder though, so I'm going to get some joint supplements this week and power through it.

One thing I've learned with the 31broken bones I've ammassed over the years never "Power Through it" It usually leads to even more injury...

Solid Advice Mr. O'Shea. As I get older I"ve switched from "Power through it" to "Work around it". I seem to have rotating joint pain. Meaning it goes from a shoulder to an elbow to my back. I just keep changing my workout to get around whatever joint is bothering me. I've not had to take a week off since I've changed my philosophy.

I've had this shoulder pain for a number of years and regardless of taking it easy or lifting hard it doesn't change. Also i've noticed with the addition of letro it's just a little more constant. But I hear ya and I appreciate the advice.

Well I'm almost 3 weeks past my surgery and I'm almost fully healed, I wasn't able to get in the gym for awhile which is what I was expecting. Right now after getting back in the gym I'm at a more solid 205 and lifts are a little bit more then when I started my epi about 6-7 weeks ago.

here is a gym pic, for now until I get my before and after pre/post surgery as well.
