Ephedrine

I just bought some Ephedrine HCL. I figured it was going to be 25mg Ephedrine HCL and nothing else. When I read the label It has Guaifenesin in it. What the heck is Guaifenesin and will it hurt if I take it?

Label reads.
25 mg Ephedrine HCL
200 mg Guaifenesin

It won´t hurt. I thought i read somewhere that when companys manufacture ephedrine HCL they are obligated to put Guaifenesin in it. Doesn´t do much, I tried to get some info about it some time ago, notting interesting

Koen is right... If it's for fat lost or higher energy level, why don't you take caffeine with it (you could also add a half of an aspirin of some yohimbe) that kicks ass!!

Yea their required to put something else in ephedrine to make it harder for people to convert it into other stuff, dont worry the guafesian will not take away any effectiveness ,it is just their for legal reasons
