Ephedrine Receptor Upgrade

hardbdygrl said:
wait so the only way keto works is if u take it for 1 week w/o an eca???? then after the 6 days you take Keto and ECA or clen,,,,,and it will work??? im confused,,,,,,,,,,all i know is that keto made me tired so i always take it before i go to sleep.

I dont know where these idiots get their info...

duchaine came up with some theory about some drug back in 1996 that upregulates beta2 receptors, it never panned out, we tried it back then, unfortunately i dont recall the name of the drug, not sure if it was this keto stuff.
ECA upregulates BY ITSELF, the longer you are on it....there have been studies on it, dont add more drugs that arent needed, just so u can lose another 1/2lb IF it even works.

if u want the most potent over the counter fat burner (and ive tried them all) get EAS Betalean and combine it with Adipokinetix with an aspirin, GREAT stuff.

NY, ECA causes desensitization, internalization AND down regulation of beta 2 adrenoreceptors with medium to long term use. Ketotifen may reduce this effect, but prolly won't make a big difference to your fat loss efforts, though it will help you keep that "wired" feeling you get from ECA. Essentailly, the theremogenic effects (as opposed to the alert/shakey/wired feeling) you get from some beta agonists is due to their action at atypical beta adrenoreceptors (such as beta-3??). This is why you can take ECA long term and continue to get fat loss benefits, yet get used to that wired feeling. Ketotifen will keep the beta 2 adrenoreceptors fully jacked up, but is unnecessary unless you're an asthmatic who needs to keep beta 2 sensitivity normal.

To answer the original question, it will take just as long for the person on ECA for 3 months as it will for someone on ECA 12 months to regain normal receptor density and sensitivity.

"ketotifen is given to aids patient to bulk them up not to slim them down .. it makes you eat and sleep thats how convicts bulk up without steroids .."

this is a snippet from a post on triedia about superclen.....
(super clen is not for fat loss its to gain mass)

Yes, that's correct tripleV. In many respects, ketotifen is thought to mimic the actions of corticosteroids with respect to the beta 2 adrenoreceptors. I see no reason to take it for beta receptor modulation unless you're an asthmatic on chronic beta agonist therapy. It is first and foremost an antihistamine, and it's primary side effects seem to be temporary drowsiness, dry mouth, APPETITE STIMULATION and WEIGHT GAIN. Not a good choice for a dieting aid.

like i said...whos the idiots who recommend keto?

like i said Dan D had this theory back in 1996, we all tried the drug, not sure if it was this keto drug, all it did was make us drowsy, no additional fat loss.
