Ephedrine kill brain cells?

I think that all the drugs ive done in the past have killed way more B-cells than the small amount of ephedrine that i take in the afternoon.I would be more concerned about the other possible side effecs with this drug that could permantly cause damage.Increased blood pressure,skin reactions,water loss, irregular heartbeat,heart attack and stroke. Ephedra also contains nervous system stimulants which are not recommended for exessive or long-term use.

I've been upto 500mg HCL a day of ephedrine

i go up to 150 max and for sure dont sleep that night.
