I would NEVER go past 25 mgs a day

No it's not overdosing. 50 mgs is like the min, for no sides. 60 just gives you a pick me up. I have an extreamly high tolerance for stimulants. If 25 is effective for you, great! I need 60.

There's sides to every thing!
In those susceptible ANY amount can trigger heart arrhythmia's!

So what kind of Ephedra should I get? I'm looking for tons of energy during 2 a days, but if it increases your body temp and I'll be outside in about mid 90's weather will that be unsafe?

When itcomes to E/C/A products i dont think it really matters man. Ephedra is ephedra, as is caffeine/white willow bark (aspirin). I'd just make your own , it's cheaper. the brand name products add more stuff into theirs that may help with the mix and effect slightly...

the sweating starts to go away after your body gets used to the stuff, although, i still sweat just not as much. burned a lot of fat already tho ;p

I'd also like to comment that the Ephedrine HCL is cleaner feeling than Ephedra.
This is because the plant contains other closely-related alkaloids.

I gave up ephedrine and caffeine (not at the same time) and life was nothing but a foggy, slobbering nightmare.

Damn. I'd have to say that isnt the typical reaction. Not saying it didnt happen to you, but I'd say most people coming off of Ephedrine/Ephedra dont experience that.

I could see some very slight withdrawal if you'd been taking it every day for a long time, but nothing like a heroin addicts withdrawal. Not even close.

Still, I guess everyone is different. How much were you taking?
