Bear the end of work before I take n2kts right before I drive to gym I either take all 3 or 2/3
Greek yogurt
Handful raw almonds
Banana
Kinda off topic but gives me great fuel an doesn't make me to full befre I hit the gym.
Carbs I do yams, brown rice, steel cut oats or hand rolled with a little stevia or brown sugar.
