Had one of those nights at the gym yesterday, ya know the one were you get home after a hard day and don't feel like going but you know you must. so after great debate, you go and find you still haven't got the energy for a PR type workout. well, i decided to try and walk on the tread mil to help me get motivated. it seemed to work for me. it got me active and boosted my energy level. what do some of you guys do when you have one of those days?
