i see this a lot with people and they cover it up with uppers like caffeine. 
last night i went to sleep super late and today i am up early.  i feel grouchy and tired.  so instead of taking an upper what i will do is run some errands and then will put on my blue blocker glasses and then grab a couple hour nap in the afternoon 
now on days i don't have that luxury i will just deal with it.   if i need energy i will depend on my own adrenaline, not stimulants.  when your train your body for that then it isn't an issue.
