Oh, I don't mean to hijack your thread, but is it possible for the AF store to stock 2lb tubs of Egg White protein? The store probably doesn't want to invest in inventory that won't sell, but have they looked into it. It would be nice to order everything from one place.

What is the purpose of this supplement?

HI

the Purpose of Ener-G is to provide the body with STABLE and gradual release glutamine. All other glutamine products do not deliver the benifits of glutamine to the muscle do to the fact that it is unstable (terminated in the stomach)

purpose of Glutamine?

A) greatly alleviates soreness from lifting
B) spares muscle while dieting or helps build muscle while trying to put on muscle
C) Very good for the immune system, in fact it is the "prefered" fuel for the Immune system
D) EnerG seems to alleviate Hunger, YOU will eat alot less, while being able to hold on to muscle or even build it

it tastes mildly earthy but this is easily solved by dry mixing with your favorite protein powder then adding liquid
or just blend with richly flavored itmes such as banana and cinnamon
