Endoscopic Breast Augmentation???

Hey Ladies,

Been gone for a while, but I'm back with a fresh new motivating attitdue...finally!!!! Yeah baby!

OK...so i'm dead set on getting my boobs done and I've seen 3 doctors so far, but I just found another doctor Dr. Vitolo in Manhattan who does endoscopic breast enlargement, via the belly button so there's no scaring, has anyone on this board done this procedure before??

If anyone is in the NY area, downstate, can you recommend boob docs who've you had phenomenal results with??

Glad you have a new 'tude! I have one too (thanks to meeting someone from this board!).

I have heard implants overtime gravitate to the incision point. (probably BS)

Are you looking at this method because of scarring concerns?
If you are small (A cup or less) incisions next to the areola are virtually invisible.

i am fixing to have my boobs done to.. i am so excited... i have been doing some research and i think that the endoscopic under the arm is the way to go--- there is a doctor here in florida that several women have been to and are very pleased with results... so that is what i think i am gonna do---
have you did searches on the net? there is a website that i found really useful www.plasticsurgery.org
i am kinda nervous though-- i have to admit---

Boobies endoscopic cost

So i called the doctor to schedule a consultation for the endoscopic through the belly button, and i realized it's way out of my budget. it's like $6500 for the doctor, $1200 for the implants, $1200 for the anasteia, and there was some other fee too...that's $8400, seems alittle pricey, does anyone else agree?

The doctors by me in long island and nyc doing it the traditional way are more along the lines of 6500-6750 for everything!!!

Jeez......I should go to med school...that's one hell of a salary in plastic surgery!!!!

I had mine done through the areola 2 months ago. Scars are virtually invisible. I've been using Vitamin E oil on the incisions which helps a lot with scar healing. No loss in nipple sensitivity either. Extremely happy with the outcome.

Only thing I've heard about TUBA (belly button way) is the recovery can be harder because they have to travel a pretty long way, going under ab muscles, etc.

Dr. Kisner - Huntington - All the way!

I had mine done 11 years ago. Such a small incision under the breast you cannot even see it. He was Chief of Surgery at Huntington hospital at the time.

He was a little pricey then ($5000.00 for everything), but you get what you pay for. I've heard nothing but horror stories from other girls who have had theirs burst, get hard, etc.

He did saline on me 11 years ago when that was unheard of. They are so natural looking that nobody knows. I even dated a doctor who thought they were real.

It's an investment in you - save enough and have someone relly decent do it. Ask to see photos of before and after - all decent plastic surgons will have a book for you to glance through.

Has anyone heard or used Dr. Deane from the Long Island Plastic Surgery Group, or Dr. Greeberg in Woodbury nY or Dr. Blau in Whiteplains and last one, Dr. Palumbo in Quague????????

Before I moved I was living in the area of the doctor who pioneered the intraambilical method of breast enlargment... a lot of the strippers at the clubs I worked at got it done there and were very happy with the results.
BUT
It is very much aimed at people in the entertainment business. Strippers and people with more money than they know what to do with and such. The areola method of insertion leaves almost no visible scar, and over time what tiny bit there is is almost unnoticable, and its a lot cheaper.

Also, as youre in NY (I was in Detroit, youll see whay it matters in a second), I highly recommend taking a road trip. There are some helluva good doctors in Canada that are just as qualified as the ones in the U.S., and you can take advantage of the fact that with the exchange rate you can make out! (A dollar U.S. was woth $1.58 canadian when I left)its completly up to you if you want to declare your boobs at customs when you come back from the surgery (Im sure the customs guy wouldnt mind "inspecting them for contraband... )

I know quite a few girls who did that and were very pleased... not to mention a little less light in the pocket!
