Thanks Acela. I hit them pretty hard twice a week.
Leg press day - 10 set pyramid from 100lbs to max(1000lbs) and then back down. Then leg extensions, hamstrings, then calves.
Squat day - Used squat machine. 10 set pyramid up and back down. extensions, hamstrings, then calves.
