EMERGENCY I think I have a massive absess!!!

I took a 1cc shot of primo in my glute early thursday morning,and it started hurting yesterday, and then now 7:45am sunda the pain is really bad and my ass is swollen like a bitch, no change in skin color or anything noticeable on the surface of the skin.

So 10 minutes ago I stuck an empty needle in the swollen part and sucked out 3cc's of puss, that pretty much gave me the hint I have an infection.

Will they have to lance, and drain this shit, or can antibiotics help since its early?

Should I go to the hospital, or wait till monday for the doctor?
 
Well if you injected 1cc of primo and withdrew about 3cc's a few days later then there is something wrong. Especially if there is pain and the sight is overly swollen, then I think you should go to the emergeny room. This can be serious and as you have seen can spread and become a problem very quickly!
 
Damn I hope they dont have to cut my ass open and have to drain it.

Can strong antibiotics help this?

I will be heading to the emercency room wihin the next 2 hours.

I hope I caught it early.

Anyways you need to be better safe than sorry in regards to your symptoms.

A bacterial infection from an abcess is very urgent and needs to be medically attended to very soon. It is better to get it drained than to have a bad infection fester inside.

Jack- what I would do is call the hospital or the ER and talk to them about such a problem. Ask them about what could be taking place and what type of action can be undertook without going to the ER.
 
Im gonna go to the ER, but I was wondering if the doctors there can try antibiotics before having to resort to draining it?

I hear when they drin you ass is ct open, nd left open for 3 days. damn I ont want to have to go through with that.
 
no, I'm sure you obviously dont want to experience this.

Still, before you do anything, call the ER and ask them about your symptoms. Dont disclose any of your information to them, they CANNOT prosecute you for anything. If they think it is serious enough, which they will probably tell you to come to the hospital. You will have no legal ramifications from doing this.

They cant take any criminal action against me right?

My MD knows about my gear use and does not care.
 
If they ask, tell them you sat on a nail. An infection is an infection, it doesn't necessarily matter how it got in there. My first two shots ever of sus, I got huge swollen lumps on my ass, that could easily have been mistaken as abcesses. The liquid was a nasty white pinkish shade when I pulled on the syringe. Very painful as well. Turned out just to be my body adjusting to the oil, and the injections. Antibiotics might help, but if its serious, they won't act fast enough, and surgery may be necessary to remove tissue surrounding the infection. If you're worried, better safe than sorry.
 
bro, the same thing happened in my shoulder 2 weeks ago. i injected 2cc of primo and for one week i had a hard abcess, could lift my arm, and there was a lot of swelling and extra fluid build up. i went to my doctor and he siad i had some type of infection. he gave me a 5 day course of antibiotics and it's gone.:) in the future, run the syringe full of primo under hot water for 1 minute and then inject in your glute. it will be sore for one day and then its gone.
 
Go to a god damn doctor now! If it is bad and you ignore it you'll prbably end up losing at least a leg or something in an attempt to stop the infection from killing. This aint no joke buddy, go now.

Jack, do you have any ideas as to how the infection came about? Did you take all precautionary measures to ensure sterility like swabbing the injection site, not touching the pin, etc.etc?

Winstrol, by the looks of your last statement about rubbing alcohol, is it safe for me to conclude that you did not clean the site with it before injection?

All this talk of abcesses and infection is scaring the sh*t out of me before I do my first shot in a couple of weeks.
 
Bro, you need to get to the emergency room asap!!! If you are worried about them finding out about your as use, just tell them you sat on a tack. Did you swap your vial as well as your injection site with alcohol before injecting?
 
Agreed! GO ASAP! This is very serious. I had an abcess about a year ago and yes it will need to be lanced; yours sounds worse than mine! (I tried to drain it myself but got a bloody mess)
 
Tell them the truth about the injection you gave yourself. Medical professionals are not stupid. They know the difference between a tack and needle, especially if the infection is all the way down to muscle.

Believe it or not,we used to see a lot of abcesses when I worked in sports medicine.They can try a shot or two of rocephin,but if your ass is as you describe it,the doc will probably want to lance it.Trust me,the sooner the better when you are talking abcesses.The longer you postpone the inevitable,the bigger of a crater the infection is going to create.We admitted several guys to the hospital because they put off too long,and ended up having their abcesses packed by the nurses several times a day,IV antibiotics,and almost died.Go to the ER TONIGHT!:(

dude, about 1 year ago i took an injection of omnadren in my ass. in about 2 days the injection site started to hurt and get swollen.in about a week it was the size of a golf ball, no kidding. i couldn't sleep on my side, and had trouble putting on my pants. i was too afraid to go to the docter so i didn't. ofcourse i stopped using roids, and after about a month it was completly gone. i'm telling you this, because i don't want you to worry. but you still go to a doc. i dodged a bullet but you might not be so lucky. hope you get better bro.
 
dude...I"m sorry to hear that.....it it sounds like an infection to me...did you use a new needle? well...let us know how the ER went....if you did go...good luck!!!
 
If you haven't left already, go to the ER now! Tell them what happened. They can't prosecute you for anything and thay will be able to better treat you if they know what happened. Good luck.
 
Everyone have been mentioning that they got the infection via using sustnon and primo. Have anyone have problems like this with the tokkoyo Eq or Aratest 2500? Jack, let us know what happen.

at least he wont have any legal worries. if he's lucky someone at the ER will explain to him what he did wrong and show him the proper method.

Hey Ty and harddtime,

I'm not the one with the abcess, so it's easy for me to talk. But all this stuff is a measured risk in a variety of different ways, from buying to injecting to different health risks. Before I started this, I made a list of every nasty thing that could happen to me and how I would try to deal with it. Made me feel a little better about it because I never want to get caught with my pants down.

So as far as injecting goes, just take every precaution you can, then stick it! Check the vial for shit, wipe the top, wipe the spot, then jab it. Just be prepared to go to the doc if you have to.
 
I guess if one' s military in this situation, they're still gonna nailed your ass into the wall, even there's no civilian legal repercution?
