Elevated Liver Enzymes?

Does anyone have good knowhow with elevated liver enzymes?

I was starting BPC157 and TB500 and wanted to get a blood test before I did. Much to my surprise my ALT was 360 U/L, which is 10 times the acceptable level. I don’t really drink and 7 months ago I was fine. I suspect it may be from the new Con-Cret creatine I decided to try, but I take so many things I am not really sure.

If anyone has any idea of what else may have caused this I would appreciate some feedback.

I normally take:

Calcium
Creatine
Colostrum
Glutamine powder
Glucosamine
Protein powder
MSM
Vitamin B-6
Magnesium
Zinc
Vitamin C
Serrapeptase
Policosanol
Alpha Lipoic Acid
Cissus
Green Tea
Garlic
Vitamin D-3
Gaba
L-Arginine
L-Ornithine
L-Lysine
Saigon cinnamon

None of the supplements you are taking will effect your liver.

Are you using any anti inflammatory drugs like Advil? A lot of them have a more liver hepatoxic nature then oral steroids. Are you using accutane for acne by chance? It is extremely liver toxic.

You defiently want to get those liver enzymes back into the normal range. Check out the liver aid supplement n2guard from n2bm.com. Tudca is by far the best liver aid supplement on the market today and n2guard contains a full dosage in each serving.

Thank you for your suggestions. I am not taking any oral steroids, the only inflammatory drug I take is Meloxicam and only about twice a week. My doctor asked if I was taking Tylenol, which I am not. Not taking any other medication. I have used testosterone cream in the past. Thinking that might of done it, really scratching my head on this.

Was thinking about getting a liver aid, but would first like to know what is causing the problem. I have another blood test next week.

UDCA at a dose from 250-500mgs/day. Withing 2 weels your numbers will be down so dramatically you wont believe it.
Also to revent in the future NAC at 600mgs/day off cycle, 1200mgs/day on.

milk thistle, NAC. UDCA, and liv 52 are about the only things that help with liver
please note that huge ass list of stuff you are taking could be causing your liver issues...
everything you take from vitamins to aspirin to allergy meds makes your liver work...everything in that huge list of yours is making your liver work

N2guard has TUDCA and many other ingredients to help with organ health. you do not need to take all that stuff at all, just wasting your money

The best ingredients for liver health are N Cystine, TUDCA, picroliv (which actually regenerates liver cells -- almost no one uses it), milk thistle and the main ingredient in LIV 52.

N2GUARD has them all.
