Elbow injury after weight training

Two days ago I started to work out. It was a friday and the begining of a Monday through Friday training program. After the training I felt sore in my elbow muscles, not the joint. Today , sunday my left elbow hurts a lot to move. The pain is mostly when I bend my elbow outwards. The pain is in the muscle right above where the joint is and right below. My right elbow is sore but not in pain. What do I do and how long until it's healed?
 
ICE .... ICE
You need to id the exact exercise that did this. It was either a triceps or reverse hand position movement. This exercise needs to be altered to take the pressure off.

I ice injuries like this on and off for hours. Then when I work out, I wrap the entire area. I can recover in about 4-7 days.
 
Ice 3x a day, heat 3x a day, ibuprofen.
 
x3 on the ice. I use a compression wrap on my left arm because of a nagging elbow issue like this. Makes a huge difference.
