Egg whites

What is the size of the egg whites in carton you buy ?

I can only find 500 ml = 16.9 ounce

not even 1 day intake

I get my eggs at Costco -- less than $3 for a 2-pack of eggs, 36 eggs total, that's less than .08 cents per egg, and they are X-large too......I just toss the yolk, not that wasteful.....

You know, you can save the yolks & freeze them (if you have space) and make desserts (for gifts -- not for you!!) with them for Xmas & stuff.....just a thought if you were really concerned about the waste...

You forgot one parameter in the equation : time

It takes time to break 10 eggs and separate the white from the yolk

and, as we all know time is money, so...

Oh c'mon!! It takes me about 2 seconds to break & split 5 eggs......how much time could it take you to do 10?? Unless you need more practice?? Practice makes perfect makes speed.....
