that's why i'm asking... now i know alot of people who do eat em raw... i've done both... and of course its easier to eat cooked... i just wanna know if its better to eat raw

A lot of people eat them raw for 2 reasons :

1] They are too lazy to cook them

2] They saw Stallone eating them raw in Rocky and they just think it is the way to go :rolleyes:
 
The only "argument" I ever saw was for preserving the biotin which cooking allegedly destroys. Some crackpot dedicated a whole webpage to promote eating eggs raw and based the entire thing around this biotin crap. Haven't seen anything conclusive about the preservation or destruction of protein from cooking. All I know is I always cook mine and I seem to be keeping/building muscle just fine.
