2] sometimes it is better when it comes from "nature" rather than laboratories :who said so? proof, cite I have read a study on lycopene whiwh said than the anti-cancer nproperties of lycopene were higher if you consume the whole tomatoes rather than pills there are a billion studies, doesn't mean they are right; not everyone wants to choke on egg shells in their diet for extra .001mcg of something
and sometimes the minerals are more bio-available in real food rather than cheap pills (Mg aspartate vs Mg Oxide) actually, that's not true, a lot of times it's the same; bioavailablity has nothing to do w/ the price or source of product - usually an ingredient is an ingredient, just as salt is salt
