eca questions

i am starting my ckd monday, and i plan on using eca. i have a couple questions though:

1. What is a good/cheap brand?

2. SHould I take the eca during the carb up? ALso, should I take it on monday because i hear the caffene can kick you out of ketosis.

2. Can ECA possiblly cause hair loss? Mine is already falling out.

EC may exacerbate # of hairs "shedding", but no clear evidence that it increase overall hair loss..

most likley increased sheeding is due to dehydration.. water intake must be increased when taking EC
