I have an ear infection and I wonder if it's dangerous to lift having that infection since ear is very important to keep balance of our body and I might end up having an accident, thanks for your advice.
i would say it would be very uncomfortable to do any sort of exercise with an ear infection. i would be getting treated for it and avoiding the gym would be a good idea atleast for a couple days
It depends how you feel. If you don't feel well then just stay home and recover. You wont lose all your muscle just by missing a couple days in the gym!
