hey bro,s just wondering if any of you have any e books for mass workouts or just a good 3 day workout you,ve used with good results thanks.
 
I have follwed the e-book and training of Vince Delmonde 3 day workout full body and saw very good results with the program. is a 29 week program, it gives you every week every day what to do exactly even strech routines, cardio routines etc. I believe its worth having a look.
