Dylan Gemelli Goes HARD ON THE SUPER SARM TRIPLE STACK!!

So, here's the plan... Starting February 13th, I am going to run the SUPER SARM TRIPLE STACK... This will consist of Ostarine (MK-2866), S4, and GW-501516... This is going to be the ultimate SARM stack and should have extreme benefits as a bridge to my next cycle... I am going to run this between 6-8 weeks... Dosing will go as follows... Osta at 25 mg once a day... S4 at 50 mg a day... 25 in the a.m. and 25 in the p.m. and G.W. starting at 10mg a day, 5 in the a.m. and 5 in the p.m... From what I have read and been told, the GW is supposed to be SWEET, however it is a bit pricey... That's okay though because to me, if it has sweet effects, money is not an issue... Now, I will also be using other supps with this, similar to my PCT... I will be using DAA, Need2Slin, Lean Xtreme, Creatine Nitrate and possibly HCGenerate... After the cycle, I will run a mini PCT... I will be running unleashed and bridge as well as the other supps I am currently running... This will lead me into April for my next cycle of Ultradrol and Trenazone stacked... I am really excited for the SARM stack... Of course, I will be monitoring the S4 for the vision sides... I am going to start it at 7 days a week but I will taper to 5 on and 2 off if necessary... So I hope you all come along for a sweet ride! All support and feedback is always welcome!

Day 1 of the SUPER SARM TRIPLE STACK

Here is my laid out cycle for the super sarm triple stack

ostarine - 25 mg a day
s4 - 50 mg a day (25 in the a.m. and 25 in the p.m.)
GW -501516 - 10 mg a day (5 in the a.m. and 5 in the p.m.)

So today was my first day on the super sarm triple stack... I didn't feel too bad this morning but you know how Monday's are... I was very exctied to kick this off though and that had me in a good mood... I have done a lot of studying on osta and s4 and am thoroughly excited for the results, however, gw is the intriguing sarm for me because it is fairly new... the main thing that I am looking for out of gw is the endurance factor... now, it has been noted several times that I do a tremendous amount of cardio... My daily routine for cardio is as follow - Run 5 miles at 8.5 mph... This is about 35 minutes... Stairclimb - level 13 - 20 min... Very high level... Elliptical - 2.5 miles, level 8 - 20 minutes... Now, this is all before my lifting... and I assure you, I lift harder than anyone in any gym I go to and if I see anyone coming close to going as hard as me, I am going that much harder... however, you can only imagine that I do get tired at certain points... There are points during my run or other cardio where I hit certain spots, that no matter how good of shape I am in, I do feel a little fatigue... and when I lift as hard and heavy as I am, I have to take about 2-3 minutes in between sets... So any endurance building will definitely be noticeable to me because I know exactly when and what gets me a little fatigued... So I am telling you something, I had the best workout I have had in so long based on endurance... I mean, when I got done running, I felt like I was just starting... It was unf'ngbelievable... In between my lifts, I didn't even feel like I needed rest... Now, its only day 1 and I am not saying this is a miracle drug by any means, but what I noticed was not my imagination... If anything, I was more looking for gw to not work, or to not be as effective as I was hoping... It was the complete opposite... I zoomed through everything today and it was such an awesome feeling... My strength was so awesome today too... I was ripping 90 pound dumbbells on my inclines today... I was hitting 70's and 75's on flies... My tricep strength was off the charts today too... I always have to go grab free weights and put it on the cable machines because there's not enough weight on there for me... It's a truly awesome feeling... I was just sitting on a bench today in between lifts and there was a girl motioning for me to take off my ear phones and she says (exact words) "dude you are f'ng ripped, i mean f'ng ripped" Hearing that made my day... I work so hard and when people take notice it just makes me work harder... I really have a high ambition from this cycle... I believe it will really be great...

Starting stats today are 187 lbs... 6.2% body fat...

GW501516 should definitely help with endurance.. id also say fat loss but that is going to be pretty hard for a guy like you... it might.. might.. slow down your strength gains.. you should notice the endurance more in your cardio then lifting but maybe not if you do not change the pace of your cardio
 
Day 2

So, normally for me, I have my best moments of thought and clarity when I am on the treadmill and that happened again today... I absolutely think that GW is awesome... I have noticed so much in terms of endurance on this already and I can totally see why they are worried about endurance athletes using this... HOWEVER, I do feel that in may not be for me... I am not willing to drop any weight or lose any mass gains that I have made... I am trying to gain another 5 lbs. of lean mass on this cycle and I feel that GW may prevent me from doing that, for a few reasons... The first being that my body fat is already so low and the second being, I do not consume much fat as it is and I am not willing to change my diet for the testing of it... This would be incredible for people that are trying to lose weight but for me, I feel that it just may not be what I need... I will say this... next time I run a marathon race, I will be dosing the gw... however, I just feel that the s4 and osta alone is more than enough for what I want...

So, that being said... Today's I felt absolutely great... I thought for sure that I wouldn't feel good because I was going on only four hours of sleep last night but I felt awesome... I have always been lucky that supps I take seem to kick in for me quicker than others... I could really see some hardening of the muscle, which I was expecting from the s4... I really think the s4 and osta combo is going to be awesome for what I am trying to accomplish... I think that will be plenty for me, considering the combo of other supps I am running with it... I felt so strong today... I did shoulders and biceps... I am hammer curling 75lb. dumbbells which was awesome... I incorporated a few new shoulder exercises today that were bad a$$... My seated barbell press is at 165 for reps of 10... I am also doing single arm shoulder presses on the hammer strength machine with 90 on each side for reps of 10... My favorite for how I look when lifting is just seated side dumbbell curls and straight arm lateral raises... My veins look like they are going to explode and my shred is just awesome... Shoulders is always my strongest workout and i always feel like I get the most out of that particular workout... I have to say, that I think s4 and osta together is going to be a sweet run... I am posting some new pics from today, and I think you can see a little bit of hardening of my muscles... as always, feedback is always appreciated... thanks for the support...​
 
Day 3

So, before I talk about my f'ng sweet workout today, I just want to make a quick note on s4... I am lucky because my body seems to have noticeable changes quicker than a lot of others... With helladrol, I started noticed significant changes within a week... I also know that S4 tends to kick in within a day or two, but I have to say, even after the first day, i felt like i had rocks in my biceps... You can also see from my pics yesterday, that my abs look a lot harder... I can definitely feel it kicking in quickly... I am only dosing 50 mg, and I know that sometimes people go higher, but I would just rather keep it like it is... So I will continue with the 50 mg... I know there is the chance of vision sides, which I truly hope do not occur, especially because I work late and drive home quite a distance at night... I am so thrilled with how the s4 is working... Combined with the ostarine, I am noticing a big difference in strength, vascularity and firmness... Its definitely looking promising but i know that these dosings need to be monitored closely... I will be watching it very closely but I can definitely see some good results already... I am hoping to gain around 5 lbs. from the stack and keep my body fat where it is... I think that is attainable... On to today's workout...
Today's workout was simply awesome... I felt decent this morning but I just don't get much sleep some nights when i have to work too late... I try to get at least 6 hours of sleep, which really isn't enough anyway, but 4 and 5 hours just sucks and that's what I get a few days a week... Something clicks within me as soon as I get to the gym, no matter how tired I am... I just love and appreciate the gym and fitness so much that I just like transfomr into a mothf'n beast when I get there... So cardio was great today... I absolutely love cardio... I noticed right from the jump today on my first lift, that was strength was definitely up today... I set pr's on my first two lifts... I have NEVER repped as high as I did on bent arm lateral raises and dumbbell rows... I was repping 50 pound dumbbells on the bent arms and 95 pound dumbbell on the back rows... I also set a pr on the free weight barbell rows... I was repping 170 on that... I felt like an animal in there... I had kept all of my strength from my cycle, but during pct I was kind of in the same areas... I wasn't moving backwards by any means, but kind of stuck on the same weights... Today, I felt like I had a lot extra strength... The S4 is really starting to kick in... Anyway, absolutely fantastic workout... Tomorrow is bench day, so we will see how my strength is... I will get some different poses posted this weekend as well... All feedback is appreciated!! Thanks for all the support!!
 
Day 4 - The Wonderful Effects of S4

So, I have to honestly say, that I was blown away today... You guys know, that I train hard a motherf'er... So for me to say this, holds a lot of merit... I honestly don't think I have had this good of a workout in a year... The way that I felt today was so awesome... I totally feel "on" just like when I was on cycle with helladrol... The difference is the amount of energy... My energy levels are so high... The other things that is truly amazing is how quickly that muscle hardening is taking place... S4 is NO JOKE... S4 is supposed to tighten your skin and harden your muscles, but I seriously felt like I was going to come out of my skin today... I felt like there were f'ng bricks in my arms... You know, I love ostarine, i do, but adding S4 to this is beyond different... It's pretty extreme... I did chest and triceps today... Chest is my weakest area and the area on my body that I am least happy with, so I am always going even harder on chest days... My bench was steady with reps of 205 x 10... I have been holding pretty steady there... HOWEVER, I set pr's in all kinds of chest lifts today... My dumbbell overhead chest pullover was up to 105 which is really tough... My arnold press dumbbell bench was up to 80 x 10's... Then on to my tricep workout... Three hours later, I still feel like my triceps are coming out of my skin... I worked them so hard today, it was crazy... I have extreme vascularity today... I know I said I was going to post new poses and I am this weekend, but I HAD to show you the hardness of muscle that I am experiencing and the vascularity that is going on here... It is simply awesome! I have noticed that I am sweating a lot more which I know is common... I just felt great today and I anticipate that its just going to get better and better! Here are some new pics... Feedback is always appreciated!!
 
I am very curious about GW-501516 for my rats, i've seen you write a lot about it. I've heard it doesn't do shit from some, and others say its the best thing since sliced bread. have you used it enough to confidentally say it is legit and safe? i don't want to give my rat anything that is dangerous

Not to hijack a thread but can u explain to me exactly what a Sarm is? What's the benefits?
 
i actually cut gw out of the stack... i wrote about it day 2... the reason i cut it out is because it is more for weight loss... i am not trying to lose any weight... with all the hard work i put into making mass gains, the last thing i want to do is jeopardize that... NOW, that being said... I noticed spectacular endurance on it both days I took it... Now, is that to say its legit, I can't say that for sure... I didn't use it enough... I have heard differing opinions on it... I do know this, there is good reason they were worried that endurance athletes would take this and abuse it... In that aspect, it definitely works...

what kind of sides are your rats dealing with right now with your current stack? and what kind of sides did u deal with GW?
 
as of right now, the only thing that i would consider a side that has been experienced is the extra sweating... its still too early too say... the obvious most common side is the vision side with s4 (which I truly hope doesn't happen because I f'ng love it!) other than that, not much as of now, but if there is anything at all, i will definitely log it bro...

Day 5 - A Breakthrough Performance

Okay, so Friday tends to be my worst day of the week in the gym because I have to close at work Thursday night late and then get up so early for a stupid a$$ meeting on Friday mornings, so I'm usually going on very few hours of sleep... I just felt a little flat today... I pushed through cardio fairly well, but when I was done, I just didn't feel like I normally do... Today was shoulders and biceps, which is my favorite workout, and I definitely like to push it on these days because shoulders especially are my strong spot... I started with dumbbell shoulder presses... I have been pretty steady with 80 pound dumbbells for sets of 10, which is pretty strong... I have never even attempted any higher because at about 8 reps, I have to push so hard for 9 and 10 so 85 seems a little stretch right now... My first set wasn't so great and it just got me in a bad mood... I got up and walked to the mirror... I asked myself "are you going to be a bichhh today or are you going to kill it?" I do not like to waste any days in the gym or have a half a$$ed workout so I pushed even harder... What makes you a man is when things aren't going the best, and how you handle it... When times are good, of course you can go hard... when you feel good, of course your going to do great, but WHEN ITS BAD, HOW DO YOU HANDLE IT? Well today, I showed myself what's its all about... I totally flipped a switch in the gym... I decided to go for the 85's... I nailed all 10... Man, that made me feel good... As soon as I did that, the workout was AWESOME! I was killing all my lifts... My shoulders and biceps were just exploding... That 85 was a big pr for me and that set me off... I did some cable curls utilizing my them for a negative lift, and my biceps were just killing it... At an extremely high weight as well for negatives and it was awesome... I increased my weight on my straight arm seated lateral raises to 35 dumbbells, which is a lot for straight arms... That's one of my favorites because of the vascularity that shows when I do them... This workout was an extreme success... After the workout, I went to the locker room just to see the results... I have to say, and I JUST HAD to take a few pics, that this is the hardest my body has looked ever... You be the judge but the muscle hardness and vascularity was awesome... I am truly loving this stack... My strength is sweet and I am so happy with the results... As always, feedback and comments are appreciated!!

you know, im just not for sure, i didn't use it long enough to give an accurate assessment... there's just not enough out there on it yet... it SEEMS to have some excellent properties however, I cannot comment on long term use and would never mislead anyone without the proper experience of usage on it... I can only comment on what I felt the few days I used it... Sorry I don't have more of an answer but I want to be honest...

No. That's good enough and appreciated. I wonder if the extra energy might fuel your lifting and eating like a MoFo could add some size. I'm going to do this Triple Stack after my PCT and will report on it.
 
Day 6 - New Poses!

So, yesterday was my 6th day of cycle... Sorry I didn't my post up yesterday but I rarely get days off and when I do, I hit the gym and then its like hit the beach, go to church and then its XBOX live time! =) So I was kinda wrapped up yesterday, HOWEVER, I DID take some new poses of my back and calves so those will be posted at the end of my update! Yesterday I did back and traps... You know, this week, I have had some of my best workouts that I have had in a long, long time... Yesterday was no different... I always, always, always, train hard, we all know this but I have never pushed it so hard like I did on my back yesterday... I think in terms of how I look, back is kind of always been in the middle... Its not my best but not my worst, but I was pretty happy yesterday with how it looked... Now traps on the other hand, are some of my favorite... I absolutely killed them yesterday as well... You know what one of my favorites is? Seated dumbbell shrugs... They are f'ng heavy bro... but when I do them, the veins in my body pop so crazy! I do 110 dumbbells on them and its just crazy... I did some negatives on the rotary lat machine on 150 and that was just crazy... i could just feel my back ripping up on that... I did set a pr on my bent over bent arm lateral raises... dumbbells of 50 x 10... I was just very very strong and consistent yesterday... I was actually pretty exhausted at the end of the workout... by my last set, I was definitely ready for a rest! The only thing I guess you could consider a "side" while on this stack is the amount of sweating that I am doing... I already knew that would be something that would go on with this, but its not really a "side", just something worth noting... Other than that, I have to say, the feelings and effect from SARMS are nothing short of spectacular... Now, its a different feeling than AAS, but its so awesome...All feedback definitely wanted on the new poses... Thanks for the support!! Today is just a big cardio day for me, so there won't be much to update in terms of workout... back to the weights on monday!! Thanks again everyone!!
 
Looking ripped as fuck. Calves look great! Is the sweating a gym thing or an everywhere you go thing? Any change in libido?
 
thanks for the compliments bro! the sweating is just the gym thing, not with anything else... libido is still strong... I am running hcgenerate and daa with the stack but libido is strong!

Day 8 - Steppin up the Strength

So, today I started my day off very happy because I my muscles looked very hard and full... A lot of Monday's, I seem to be down a few pounds but today was much different... I tried to up my calories a bit this weekend and it definitely paid off... I felt nice and light and lean, but more stacked than normal... I love that feeling... I just want to add that this weekend, I found calamari at Safeway... Now, this isn't the calamari you are thinking that is breaded and fried and gross, this was a calamari steak... The macros in this are unbelievable... in each ounce there is only 26 calories and 9 grams of protein with 0 fat... So I had a 6 oz. calamari steak (for those that don't what calamari is, its SQUID) and the macros for that are 156 calories and 54 grams of protein with zero fat, then I also made 4 oz. of fat free ground turkey breast, 120 cal and 28 grams of protein, mixed with mushrooms and onions... So in total, the meal was under 300 calories, 0 fat and over 80 grams of protein... It tastes great as well! So anyway, now for today's workout... When I started my run today, I felt wonderful... Stamina was excellent... However, when I got to about mile 3 I felt like I was overheating... I wear a thermal when I do cardio and I know that sarms cause extra sweating, but this was insane amounts of sweating... I pushed through everything and when I finished all my cardio, I found out the air conditioning wasn't working... So that would explain the huge amounts of sweating... Today was chest and triceps... I started off with dumbell inclines... I have been at 90 lbs on the dumbbells for about 3 weeks now but after the first set, I knew today was going to be a PR day for me... I went for the 95's for 10 and nailed it... Absolutely an awesome feeling! I also hit a pr on dumbell decline flies today... 75 lb. dumbbells for sets of 10... I was really baging it out today... also set a pr for 10 on my straight arm high flies on the cables today... My tricep workout was absolutely awesome as well... I was just extremely happy with how my chest is filling out... That is always the area on my body I am most self conscious about because it just doesn't look as strong to me but today, finally, I am seeing the kind of progress I really want... I took a few new pics just to show the fullness in it... I am very happy with the progress... I absolutely love SARMS!! all feedback and comments are appreciated!!
 
Day 9 - A day of pr's and goin hard!!

Okay, so I know that most of my entries are always positive... I always try to be as positive as I can about everything but I also know that every day is not always peachy... Today started off as a not so peachy day... I hurt my neck a bit yesterday when I was lifting really heavy... I got a nice big krink in it when I tensed up and when I woke up it hurt like a motherf'r... I also felt heavy and bloated for some reason this morning... Probaby due to the fact I had to work so late and eat so late last night... Needless to say, the morning started off bad... I prayed pretty hard as I do every morning, but a lot for a healing touch today... The thing for me, is that when I am not feeling so good, it makes me go harder at the gym and thats what went on today... My run didn't start off so great either today... I would say the first 2 miles or so I just was not feeling it... Then, something just kicked into gear for me and I went off! I blitzed throught the rest of my run and then the rest of my cardio... So I was feeling really light and lean after cardio... My veins were really poppin hard today too... So, today was shoulders and biceps... Today was a personal record for me on so many different lfts... I started with a pr on my smith machine shoulder presses... I have kind of been stuck on 185 for over a month and today I was able to do sets of 190... I also did my highest wide grip curl set at 105... Then I set pr's on my dumbbell arnold presses... I have been stuck on 55's for like 2 months and I banged out 60's today... I felt so strong on these... I hit both muscle groups so hard today... I honestly don't know that my shoulders have ever looked as good as they did today... I was so vascular by the end of the workout, that the bad morning was a distant memory... I was so thrilled by the end of the workout... Between the strength increase from osta and the hardening of the muscles and leaness from s4, I am just extatic... This stack is so awesome... I took a few pics, to show how strong my shoulders and biceps looked today... As always, feedback is appreciated!!
 
Day 10 - Definite size improvement

So todays workout was really really strong... The air conditioning was broke again so that definitely makes the cardio a bit tougher to push through, but nonetheless, i pushed hard through it as usual... The lifting was beyond awesome... Today was back and traps... I felt so strong today and my strength has been increasing great with the SARMS... I set pr's again today... The first pr's were on seated dumbbell lateral raises... 45 lb. dumbbells for sets of 10.... I also did wide grip high rows with the curl bar with 110 for 10 rep sets... Another pr was the hammer strength high row... 120 x 10's on that... So the increases in weight I have made the past few weeks has been so awesome... I was kind of at a sticking point on certain lifts for around a month or so and have now been able to surpass those so i am feeling absolutely awesome about it!! I feel l ike I have definitely gained a bit of size this past week as well... I am really happy with how things are going! All feedback is always wanted and welcome.... Thanks for the support!!
 
Day 11 - Dylan Gemelli's Turns 30 and GOES HARD!!

So today is my 30th birthday, so I felt like I had a little extra to prove in the gym today! I got some nice presents this morning and just felt good going in to the gym today! My cardio was definitely the best it has been all week and that just got me even more pumped up for my lifts today... I decided before I even started today that I was going to set a pr in my dumbell benches today... I haven't done this particular exercise in nearly a month because I was concentrated so hard on my barbell bench... I have NEVER done 100 lb dumbells for a set of 10 and today was the day for it! I nailed it today! I felt so strong on this and that just got me jacked for the rest of my workout... I think this was the hardest I have hit my chest in a year... I also hit my triceps extremely hard... I got up to 60 lbs dumbells on single arm tricep kicks which was a pr for me... I did one arm cable flies on 85's for 10's which is also a pr... I normally do my sets of dips for sets of 20 but today I did them for 25's and also increased on my single arm cable cross tricep extensions, up to 85's...My chest has always been my weakest area but I believe that today is the best that it has ever looked! I took a few pics today but I can totally see the size increase on it... My strength has been so awesome lately and I believe it will just get stronger.... I am loving SARMS so much! I'm just going to keep pressing harder and harder and getting more and more gains! I'm loving it! All feedback and comments are always appreciated!!

the mk will help you more with your strength... the s4 is more for hardening your muscles and giving you that lean mass... mk compliments it so well and together they are the truth! you will love running them together!

its going great! i've upped my s4 to about 60 mg a day as opposed to 50 but osta dose is and will remain the same... you never want to go over 25 mg on it... i could go up to 75 mg on s4 but i am worried about the vision sides... no sides as of yet and i want to keep it that way...

you have to really watch your dosing with sarms... its not beneficial to go too high with doses... i know you have to find your sweet spot but with them, its not like aas where you can get more if you up your dosage... just stay between 50-60 and you will be very happy!

Day 12 - Killin Shoulders and Biceps

So, my first day as a 30 year old... =) I had an incredible workout today... Shoulders and Biceps is always my strongest workout and I just flat out felt strong today and I looked vascular as a mothaf'r... So, the past week, I have been making strength progress in a lot of lifts that I had been stuck on for about a month... Today I increased on my seated barbell curls... I was able to up it to 105 x 10's... I also increased on my standing dumbell straight arm lateral raises... 40's x 10's... I LOVE this exercise because the veins just pop out from everywhere on this one... I really can tell a size increase in my shoulders especially, but my all over my body and the s4 is working so well in terms of how hard my muscles feel... I am dosing it at 60 mg a day and that seems to be my sweet spot... I started it at 50 and upped to 60 this last week... I am seeing so much vascularity that its insane! I love it! I am really loving the progress I am making here... My diet is spot on... I still remain very strict on my diet and my work ethic just increases each day... I look at it like this... You have a chance, everyday, to get a little bit better so you should always take advantage of that opportunity... That's the way that I live and I am so happy this way! All feedback and thoughts are appreciated!
 
On my third week now of Osta, S-4 and uninquemical's GW. Granted I have worked harder and eaten cleaner but this beats the hell out of most the cycles I ever did where I ended up bloated, sweaty, pissed off and well just plain miserable. SARMS is the real deal and I still have 5 more weeks!!!

Point is, maybe you would consider increasing cals and carbs while on GW? Will you consider trying it on its own? I tested S4 basically by eating like shit (i.e bulked) for a month, got my body fat back up to about 8%, took S4, still did not really eat super clean as I usually do and yet i'm right back down to 6.4% body fat. Would you consider testing GW in a similar way?
 
next time im training for a marathon, i'll run the gw but theres no point for me to run it right now... why would i want to lose weight when i've worked so hard to gain it? i've put on 15 pounds and lowered my body fat by 1%... it makes absolutely no sense at all for me to try to lose that... and i will not compensate my diet to run it, that in itself makes no sense either... if i was deciding to use it for a long race, i would only use it for a short period of time... this is made for me people that need to lose a lot of weight and also for endurance...

Dont worry man keep killing it. GW is much better for peeps who are trying to lose weight, running tren, or want to train for long distance/running type shit ..

I can help you with your dosings on everything you are wanting to run...

Run your ostarine at 25 mg a day... Dose it all together in the a.m... DO NOT go over 25 mg...
S4 is a little more tricky... I went my first week at 50 mg... 25 in the a.m. and 25 mid-afternoon... second week i bumped to 60... I might bump to 75 this week, but you don't want to exceed 75... I just want to avoid the vision sides bro and I am a little hesitant to bump to 75... I absolutely love the effects from s4 though...

For your gw, you want to dose at least 10 mg a day... 5 in the a.m. and 5 in the p.m... You could dose more than that if you can afford it but one bottle will only last 15 days, so its really up to you... you could do 20 mg a day if you can afford it...

You are fine to run them all together, I just stopped the gw because I'm not trying to drop weight but you are good to go with it...

Yeah, I stay between 60-75 w my s4. Going to around 80 per day started giving me headaches with some pain behind my eyes. F that
 
Day 15 - Going F'ing Hard!!

So, first I want to apologize for not updating this weekend... I had a killer workout Saturday which was Back and Traps... I absolutely killed it on both.... I was celebrating my birthday this weekend, so I went straight to the beach afterwards and was pretty spent after that and Sunday is just my cardio day so no new updates except a sweet cardio day...

As for today... I didn't feel super great this morning as I usually don't get enough sleep, but I actually slept a little too much today... However, for some reason, I really felt like I was going to have a sweet day in the gym today and I was definiteliy right! My cardio started off absolutely great today... I had a few rougher days in the cardio last week for some reason but today was simply awesome... That had me in an extra good mood going into the lifting portion... I was also pleased that my weight held steady... Normally I drop a few pounds over the weekend but last night I ate a pound of cod and shrimp and that helped! =)

Now normally, chest is always the workout that I struggle with the most...Its my area on the body that I always have a happiness issue with... I always feel like it is the one part of my body I am weaker in and just needs more shape... I must say though, the last few weeks, since I started this stack, my chest is STRONGER and LOOKING BETTER than ever... I absolutely killed my chest today... I was able to get 95 lb. dumbells for 10 today, so that PR last week was no fluke! Then I did a nasty superset of dumbell incline arnold flies and arnold dumbell bench presses... 70's on the flies and 75's on the bench... absolutely killer! I also did two different exercises of negatives on triceps today... I did 100 lb. dumbell tricep extension overheads as negatives and that was tough but i nailed them! I also did tricep extension negatives that were tough! I did alternate arm chest presses that were so tough but super strong today... I felt so strong and so happy with my size... I really feel like I am getting excellent size on this cycle... I felt power bursts today that were just insane... I have to say, SARMS are f'ng amazing!! Here's a few new pics to update my progress!
 
Day 16 - Lookin Mean!!

So today my weight was actually up to 189... I did feel a little bit heavier this morning and I could see it so much in my shoulders and chest... I know its only about 1.5 lbs up but trust me, any type of gain, I can see it and feel it... Cardio was absolutely awesome today... I know I reported a heavy amount of sweating last week and that has actually subsided quite a bit... I'm still sweating a lot but I think a lot of it was to do with the broken air conditioner and I think I may have had a small head cold...

As for the workout today... Shoulders and Biceps... My FAVORITE WORKOUT... I have to say, I had a great attitude going into this workout about absolutely killing it and thats EXACTLY WHAT I DID... I MEAN I KILLED IT TODAY... My shoulders and biceps have never looked this big and I have never shown this much mass in my life... I am absolutely thrilled with my strength and the way my body has filled out... I tried some of the heaviest weights I have tried on my shoulders today... I went for 255 x 10 on the standing shoulder press on the calf machine and nailed it... I also did 75 lb. dumbells for sets of 10 on hammer curls, which was awesome... All of my lifts were so crisp and strong today... Absolutely great workout and I could really see a size increase today... I am extremely pleased with today's training and just my general overall attitude in the gym... It's just getting higher and higher and I am just pushing harder and harder each time! I am absolutely loving it! Here's a few updated pics from today... Thanks for the support and feedback!!

Day 17 - Goin All Out!!

Today's workout was simply AWESOME! I woke up feeling fresh today and it showed in my workout... My cardio today was absolutely awesome... I felt great and fresh and went through it so strong! Today I did back and traps... I have to say, I was spent after this workout... This has to be the hardest I've gone on a workout in I don't know how long... I go ALL OUT every workout, but today was even harder... So I decdided to go for some more pr's today... I was going to try for 100 lb. dumbbells on rows... Well, I didn't even realize that I picked up the 105 dumbbell and I killed it... 4 sets of 10's on 105 dumbell rows... I went 10 lbs. higher on my hammer strength single are iso high rows this week... 220 x 10... I also did 50 lb. single arm front and side lateral raises, which was also a pr for both... I am so happy with the way my progress is going.... You will be able to see a size increase again in the pictures I took today... Thank you for all feedback and support... I will continue to bust my a$$ and make as much progress possible on a daily basis... I'm loving this cycle!! Absolutely loving it!!
 
thanks bro... you know, i think you will second this thought, but I think this is the best I have ever felt on anything man, or just in general... this is the ultimate bridge... I upped the s4 dosage to a little under 70 a day and i can tell a big difference...

Day 18 - Getting more mass and more shred!!

Sorry for the late update today... I had a rare day off from work today so after the gym I went straight to the beach! =)

So today was chest and triceps... Cardio went absolutely great today... It's crazy because I definitely stayed up too late last night and could really feel it this morning but when I got to the gym and started running my energy level was extremely high... I ran really strong and my stairclimber and elliptical were great today...

So I just tore my chest to pieces today... My bench press has been stuck on 205 x 10's for quite a while and still remains but ALL my other chest lifts have gone up... I went up in weight on all of my chest exercises other than bench today and basically all of my tricep lifts as well... I can't believe the strength increase... My high cable flies and low cable chest raises all increased by 10 lbs.! A huge increase today and I could definitely feel and see it in my chest... I also increased on my cable tricep extensions and dumbell tricep kicks... I did alternate arm inclines on the hammer strength machine and at that point with the amount of weight I was pushing, I was actually pretty sore in the pec area.... which is a good thing! I am extremely happy with the results from today's workout and especially happy with the way my chest continues to fill out... The vascularity and muscle hardness is insane... I find myself looking in the mirror and not even believing that its me looking back... Its a damn good feeling... I just keep praying hard and being thankful I'm so motivated and blessed to be able to do this and enjoy it... Thank you for the support and all feedback and comments are appreciated!!
 
Day 19 - Gaining more strength!!

So Friday is almost the most challenging workout of the week for me because I am always running on small amounts of sleep... I have stupid a$$ Friday morning meetings at work so I usually only get 4 or 5 hours of sleep and then I have to sit throught the most boring meetings you could imagine... So needless to say, today took a little more effort...

Cardio was pretty good but there were a few moments of me being a little more tired than usual but for the most part it was pretty strong... I did notice a ton of sweating today, a lot more than usual... Today was shoulders and biceps... I will say that when I was done with cardio today I really just wanted to go to sleep =) HOWEVER, as soon as I got some dumbells in my hands I was STRAIGHT MEAN! My dumbell shoulder press was strong as ever... 80 x 10's... I was able to do one armed arnold shoulder presses with 55 dumbells for sets of 10... That was crazy strong! Wide grip curls were done with the 105 pound curl bar... My cable curls went up by 5 lbs... My cross arm shoulder extensions went up 5 lbs as well... The strength gains are definitely amazing and I am absolutely thrilled with them... I also feel like I am definitely adding size to all parts... I am extremely pleased with this! Another excellent day today as I always try to push harder and harder... I was definitely feeling sore after today's workout, a good sore however! I feel extremely strong and vascularity and size is excellent as well... All feed and comments always are welcome! Thanks everyone...
 
Day 22 - a very productive workout!!

So over the weekend I had a great back and traps workout on Saturday... I felt very strong and it definitely showed in my lifts... Sunday was just a cardio day... I was a bit worn out because I had to work extra at work but overall a good day...

So today was chest and triceps... I am very pleased with the workout today because of my strength and size... I am up to 190 now... Up 2 pounds since the start of the cycle... I can definitely see the size increase in my arms and chest and my vascularity is awesome! Now, I was especially pleased with my workout today because of my strength... Last week I had a lot of pr's set and I was able to maintain all of those this week and even surpass some of them... Last week I set a pr on my dumbbell incline with 95 lb dumbbells and I hit it again this week... I also set a pr in my dumbbell bench side grip presses at 85 x 10's... Im hitting sets of dips for 25 reps, which is very strong... i ripped the cable crosses to shreds today as well... It was a great all around workout and I was really happy with my size after the workout... another great day with some very strong results!
 
Day 23 - A HUGE POWER EXPLOSION!!

Okay, so I have to say, this may have been the strongest I have ever been before, on or off cycle... Today was a serious breakthrough in strength... Cardio started out pretty good... It definitely wasn't my best day of cardio but wasn't my worst either... So on to the lifting...

I knew from my first lift today that it was going to be a special day... I set a pr on smith machine shoulder press about 2 weeks ago at 190... So I started at 190 today and it was fairly easy... So then I went to 195 my next set and just nailed... I felt like I was on an AAS cycle... So i bumped up to 200, which was a little tough, but a 10lb.gain from a pr in less than 2 weeks? So, then I'm feeling like the Hulk, I decided today would be a big PR day... I did a pr on my single arm bicep curls with 60 lb. dumbells for sets of 10... I have been stuck on my alternate arm seated side angle dumbbell curls with 45 lb. dumbells for nearly 2 months and today I was knocking out the 50's... The biggest jump, which was amazing, was a 30 lb. jump in my single arm shoulder presses on the calf machine... I went from 45 for sets of 10 to 75 for sets of 10... simply an amazing jump... Lastly, alternate arm dumbell shoulder presses at 70 lbs. up from 65... What a day! I felt absolutely amazing in the gym today and I am loving it!! I can see the size difference... I am actually up 3 lbs. from the end of my pct from helladrol... My bodyfat is still at 6.2% so I am thrilled with the results!! I just hope to get stronger and stronger!! All comments appreciated!!

um i strength train daily bro... and no i am not going to drop any miles... i am a triathlete and run marathons so dropping miles is not going to happen...

Definitely bro... I do 3500 calories a day and about 475 grams of protein... it does get pricey to do it because it is extremely low in fat but it works for me! When it comes to my body, I am always more than willing to spend the money... =)

Day 24 - More Excellent Gains!!

So everyday when I get to the gym, the first thing I do is go grab my treadmill thats right in front of the ESPN tv's and then go weight myself... I weighed in at 191 today! Thats up 3 pounds from the end of my helladrol cycle... I was shocked because I felt so light but my arms and chest continue to grow, so that alone was a great start to my day... Cardio wasn't too bad today... Some days it goes faster or easier than others and some days its a bit more difficult... Today was an average day... Its never easy, but I do enjoy it, plus I am listening to ESPN the entire time so it does go by fairly quickly, even though its 75 minutes worth everyday...

So, today was back and traps... The one negative from today is that I am experiencing some joint pain or possibly tennis elbow in my left arm... My shoulder has been hurting me lately too but when I pulled into the gym I tried to pop it and it popped and I about past out... All the pain went away really fast though! =)

So on to the workout... Today I did back and traps... I felt so strong once again today... A nice carry over from yesterdays workout... I decided to go for a PR on my free weight barbell rows... 4 plates on the bar... This was a huge lift for me and I did all 4 sets x 10 on it... I felt like a beast every set... I also was able to do sets of 115 on a barbell for high rows, which was another pr... I was repping 300 on the dorsiflexor machine with an inverted grip which was awesome... I also had to add dumbbells to the cable machine on my double arm back pulldowns because the machines didnt have enough weight... I love that feeling!! Today was a great success and I can definitely see the size increase... I am absolutely loving it!
 
my carb intake is just average... i definitely don't ever load... i use three different protein powders throughout the day for different macros... one has decent carbs... the special k protein cereal has a some carb, some of the fruits and veggies i eat... some of the oatmeal... nothing that has a ton in it, but i get a sufficient amount... probably around the 60% of daily value range...

Dylan, how about Carb intake on your diet? I see that you take in an incredibly high amount of protein and keep the fat down, but are your carbs very low as well? If you do take in carbs sources what are they?

I had serious doubts after my first set... It just felt like it always does for me... However, the second set, I knew today was the day to go for more... So I went for 210 for 10, which is something I have never done before and I nailed it... That had me so jacked for the rest of the workout... I ripped my chest to shreds today... I was banging out incline flies with 70lb dumbells for sets of 10... I was doing bench dips with 3 45 plates for sets of 20... I also was able to do straight arm dumbell seated chest raises with 45 pound dumbells and that just shredded my chest... my single arm tricep kicks were strong with as I was doing 60 pound dumbells... I finished strong on the rotary chest press doing alternate arms with over 200 pounds on it... It was such a productive workout today... My weight was up to 192 and my shred was absolutely awesome... I am looking forward to a great one tomorrow and gaining more strength!!! All comments appreciated!!

Day 26- ULTRA SHRED and BACK PHOTO!!

So it has been raining here for like a week straight now and being that it is Hawaii and it is normally the same weather, the chilly air and rain is starting to get to me in terms of catching a cold... I could definitely feel it today... My body ached and I was just tired... HOWEVER, it seems like when I have those days, the days prior are the tough ones because I don't realize I'm getting sick, but when it hits me, I end up going extra hard... So today, I went so f'ng hard... Cardio wasn't bad besides I sweat a ton, hopefully sweating out the bacteria... I felt a little tired after cardio but today is shoulders and biceps, my favorite, so I was bound and determined to tear it up and that's exactly what I did...

My PR on shoulder press is 85 pound dumbells for 10... I have done that one time... So today, I tried to get at least 2 sets in of those out of my 4 sets... It was tough but I pushed hard and did it! That had me going! I set a pr on my seated curl bar curls... 110 x 10's... I also went for it big on my hammer curls... 85 x 10!! That was absolutely huge!! I mean I felt like I could do anything at that point... I had an excellent workout on everything but those were my big gains this week... My seated straight arm lateral raises were 35 x 10, which is extremely heavy and I also did lay down rope curls on the cable machine... the machine only goes to 150 so i had to add dumbells to it at 177 x 10... I ripped my shoulders and bicpes up today! You will definiteliy see the extra amounts of vascularity and shred I had today in my pics... I also threw in a back shot as well... I felt so shredded and light today... I am loving this stack!! All feedback and comments welcome!!
 
Day 27 - Straight Killin It and New Bicep Picture!

I felt a lot better today in terms of the cold that I had... I felt a lot more fresh and less achy this morning so the day started off great... Cardio was pretty good today, especially since I had the ACC tournament to watch while I ran and stairclimbed and elliptical...

Today was back and traps... Back is always a tough workout because there's so many areas to hit and I really do concentration reps hard and heavy to get that V shape... I love traps because I get a huge swell on my traps when I lift... So I started off with the mindset that I was going to set a huge PR on my dumbell rows... I went for 110 x 10 and f'ng nailed it... I felt like an animal on that so I was definitely going to go crazy on everything else... I did alternate arm bent arm lateral raises all the way up to 50 x 10... That was crazy weight on those... I also did 50 x 10 on my staright arm forward lateral raises... Wide - grip pull downs were up to 210 x 10... My seated dumbell shrugs were up to 115 x 10... My simotaneous dumbell rows were up to 55 x 10... I had increases in damn near all of my lifts... It was an absolutely awesome day today... I definitely look and feel bigger throughout my body and am holding on to my shred and loving it... I am most surprised by the bicep picture I took today... I cannot believe the size and am absolutely thrilled... All feedback and comments appreciated!!

1. I'm going to the gym now to get yolked up like you. Then I'm hitting in the bathroom to take some pics. J/K
2. My fricking platinum membership expired now all I can see are these teeny tiny little pics. LOL. Use tinypic.com so I can see those striations. Ha

Not to hijack or make myself seem more important than I really am but... Because of your love for this stack (and seeing how you love it compared to actual AAS) makes me feel pretty good about starting my own. So I bought 2 bottles of S-4 and 1 bottle of Osta (MK-whatever it is).

Gonna run Osta @ 25mg everyday for 8 weeks. S-4 @ 60mg everyday (30 and 30) at 5 days on and 2 days off.

Pretty psyched! Hope my results are as intense as yours.

Oh yea, also have a bottle of DAA lying around so gonna take 1 scoop a day of that stuff.

Chris, the S-4 is suppressive, or is, for some. Run some HCGenerate while on. I'm going to. Might come out of it with some Bridge or even Forged PCT.
 
I am just finishing a bottle of HCGenerate. Is there anything else I could take? I would prefer to change it up a bit.

Sorry to answer this, as I am not as shredded as Dylan hehe. But I would suggest a run of Bridge. I just started mine and I am loving it. Running it along side my S4 as well now. Some run bridge double dosed instead of HCGen but since it's my first time I will be only using the standard 3 caps a day. Perhaps during my next "bridge" I will do a double dose.
 
Day 29 - ULTRA STRENGTH and N2AMP!!

So today my N2AMP arrived... I picked it up before going to the gym and popped 8 of them before my workout... My cardio was nothing short of amazing... I haven't had that good of cardio in I can't tell you how long... It was absolutely awesome!

So today was the start of a new lifting cycle for me... I switch the body parts that are worked together every 6-8 weeks... So today I started with chest and traps... I was so jacked from the N2Amp that I couldn't believe it... The amounts of energy I had were tremendous... I started with smith machine inclines... My previous PR on these was 215 for 10... I felt so strong and not to mention there was a fine a$$ girl on the treadmill watching so I had to go for a lot! =) I started with 225 just to see where I would be at and I smashed it... I couldn't believe that it went up so well! So I bumped it all the way to 230... I was able to get the rest of my sets of 10 in on 230! That's a 15 pound increase in less than a few weeks! Thats amazing! I also was able to do 110 pound dumbell on chest pullovers! That was a big PR for me! Another PR I set was on dumbell alternate arm bench press... 80 x10's... I was ripping it up! Then I decided to try a little different type of workout on some of my trap exercises... Instead of dumbells I used 45 pound free weights on single arm side and forward lateral raises... That's a totally different kind of weight when your using the free weights as opposed to dumbells because of the way they are proportioned... I absolutely killed them... I also set a PR on my barbell high rows... My previous was 115 x 10 and I was able to go up to 135 x 10! The fine girl was near for those too but that's not the only reason! =) This workout was absolutely amazing... I was so jacked... Im still jacked and its like 6 hours later! OH, and NOT TO MENTION the EXTRA VASCULARITY which you will clearly see in the pics... ABSOLUTELY AWESOME WORKOUT TODAY!! I am so thrilled with it!!
