I've not used this specific program but I have trained in a similar fashion. Killer strength and lbm gains.
 
I did that exact routine for a good while. Like 4-6 months I think. It's pretty good. It's really good for an all round improvement.

I found it mostly helped me look a lot better than make me that much stronger, or explosive. But that is what a lot people are looking for. It's good for that...
 
What kind of gains have you made so far?

Ive only put on 3-4 pounds max, but then again I am continuously on a pseudo-cutting diet (+/- 2200 cals, 100g carbs, 200g protein, 30g fat, etc). I also run 2 miles at a 6.5 minute per mile rate four times a week. My strength has gone up significantly, especially on squats. My bf% has dropped a good 1% as well...and I was already fairly lean.
 
Those pull-throughs look like they could be useful for me, i might throw them in my routine.
 
I've done his Dual factor HST program (hypertrophy specific training) a few times. I always find it very difficult. Probably because I do it to take a break from heavier lifting but then work myself too much due to the volume.:(

I have to recommend it though. Fills the need for proportional development without loosing on the other end when I go back to it.
