stevesmi Head Mod Elite Moderator Jul 18, 2019 #3 this time of year assuming you live in a hot climate i would not do it in the cooler months you can get away with dry fasting for 18 hours as long as you aren't doing anything physical i agree with PON that it isn't something I recommend but then again i live in a hot climate year round.
